Been 2 years since in Williamston and stopped by Jose’s late afternoon for a veggie burrito & side of beans/rice. Food was excellent and service was kind and respectful as was before. She even remembered me and brought my little side of hot sauce I used to get. I didn’t even remember to order!! Just finished my leftovers 4 hours later. Thanks Jose’s!!!

What a great place. My wife and I enjoyed the platters. Excellent seasoning on the food. The meat was so very tender. The owner was the cook and he knows what he is doing. If you have never tasted some real latin food then you must try this place. The Peruvian ribs are excellent. It's a must try if they have any left.

Great sandwiches and wonderful service! Based on other reviews, we thought we'd give Jose's a try. We were not disappointed! The Peruvian sandwich was absolutely delicious! The beans and rice was so flavorful and the Midnight sandwich was terrific. We will definitely be back!
