Troy the GM was awesome at the counter, referred to me by my name, made me feel appreciated just for being a customer and made sure my food was ready before I even finished paying for it!! Seriously incredible service, place was spotless too. Will be back, and I don’t even care for Arby’s lol.

I did an online order for a honey mustard chicken wrap and it was terrible the chicken was hard as a brick and totally drenched with honey mustard sauce.. Stiff robotic staff, no friendliness whatsoever
