I finally get to talk to somebody and she says they are closing at 7 PM. Maybe your business was slow and they decided to close early but please update your website, if you’re going to make these decisions just a idea good luck

Tried to go dine in for the tacos on Tuesdays, called ahead and they said they were available. Showed up ten minutes later and was told the kitchen was closed. Watched four people come in and place orders. Sat down to have a man come up to me with a alcoholic beverage saying there was somewhere else up the road and he was the owner. Usually I go to the one in holt but this place was closer. Had a black stir straw thrown at my head as well and felt the atmosphere was not racially friendly. Me and my colleague left due to the unfriendly service. I will continue going to the holt location because this has never happened there and pray for this place due to being told to go up the block and items thrown at me. I hope no one ever experienced this type of treatment, it was horrific.

Stopped here for lunch in the afternoon, not super busy. Service was great, made good suggestions and made us feel instantly welcomed.I've had alot of chicken sandwiches in my life, the Uncle Jesse tops the list. Fries were delicious as well. Will be back soon to try it again!

Never again, nothing like feeling like we were being watched by all the caucasion people. Didnt see one minority in there and then asked to leave!We went in, sat down nobody acknowledged us then out of nowhere a man came, sat at the table and said "all tables are reserved at 6:30. Sooooooo...unless you can be in and out by then i apologize."Literally kicked us out instead of offering maybe a corner table. There was only 3 of us.If your skin is darker than paper i would advise you not to go there. This was at the dimondale location

We hosted a dozen people for a birthday party and the restaurant was busier than expected. Our waiter did a great job and took care of out group very well.

First time in at charlies was ignored by witnesse name christine. She was more worried about the other tables after i came in. Had to ask questions about the menu towards the cook because she wouldn't come over to take my order then gave a Manger attitude over me asking the cook questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't live around here.
