Server was rude. Ice cream was nothing special and overpriced.
Came in after a long walk for some food, as I heard this place had good bagels. I ended up getting the breakfast burrito because a 1 pound burrito and tots is 10.60 (steal in my book). Staff was attentive and the food was good! I know this place is known for the ice cream, but don’t sleep on the breakfast!
Delicious everything
very friendly and helpful
Service and management are very friendly and considerate, food is wonderful. 5 stars!
Great place for food and treats!
Great selection, the staff is always so nice. It’s quality and affordable. One of our family favorite spots to visit.
This place is the best!!!
Great ice cream at a reasonable price. Love to come here when in the area!
I am disappointed to leave this review, as my family loved to go to this shop and we go frequently, but recently the experience has been much worse than typical.
The young male employee with dark hair does not seem to give one care what is going on around him. Several times I have been waiting to order and felt I couldn’t because he was standing at the register on his phone. And if he is not on his phone, he has his AirPods in so he isn’t even paying attention to those and what’s going on around him.
I presume he cooks, as he usually brings out our food, while the other employees are running the front. It is more often than not that some part of our food order has been messed up and he shows little to no remorse, leaving the other employees to make his apologies. I understand wholeheartedly that mistakes happen, but this is a consistent issue on food that seems simple enough. I think what makes it worse is that he truly doesn’t seem to care.
I remember coming here years ago and the experience was entirely different. It seems as though they have began to prioritize making money and trying to get the “next big thing” rather than the customer experience. It truly is disappointing to notice these changes as this shop has been a staple for many years. The recent, who I assume are “trainees”, have been everything but helpful. They do not seem to know what is happening around them at all. It is truly like they have never been in a social setting in their lives. Our last visit, each time I asked a question they just stared back at me as if I had asked it in a foreign language.
All in all, I would not recommend coming to this place and hoping it’ll be like it used to be. IT WONT. In the last two years the quality, consistency, and service of everything has gone significantly downhill. Now every time I step into the store I feel like I am inconveniencing every employee there and not getting the food and ice cream that I used to.
Very nice, small time ice cream store lots of locals

Because I’ve been to this facility many times and had many good experiences, I don’t want to give them just one star. But one visit recently was an absolute zero out of five star experience. I called in and placed an order for pick up. They quoted me 10 to 15 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later and went to the pick up counter where I let a young blonde woman know that I was the one she spoke to recently about the pick up order. She asked another young man if the order was complete and he stated that he needed to finish Filling all of the Ice Creams. I waited another 10 minutes or so while that was completed, which is understandable because they were busy as they often are. And I thought it was thoughtful for them to wait on filling the ice cream until last so that way it didn’t melt. Once he finished, he communicated to the girl that he had completed the order. So she came over to me at the pick up counter and let me know that whenever it is, I can make my way up to the register I can get my Order. I’ve never done a pick up order through this place before and maybe I’m unfamiliar with what the Protocol is but I was confused and I asked her “so you want me to go get in line now?“ She stated that it wasn’t her problem. I asked her why she didn’t communicate that to me while they were filling the order so I could work my way through the line. because this line was a solid 25 minute line and I knew that all the ice cream would absolutely be melted by the time I got to the front of it. She again stated that it wasn’t her problem, she didn’t care, and that I won’t be receiving my order until I get to the front of the line in whatever manner I can get there. Fortunately, for me, the people in line were so a aghast by her remarks and response to me That they all let me cut them to get to the register immediately. I’m honestly not accustomed to getting disrespected by high school age customer service providers So I was pretty speechless. When I got home and opened our meals, Both of the corn dogs were absolutely still completely frozen. We put them in the oven and cooked them. And they still tasted fine. But if this was my first experience with this location, I would never return.
Ice cream was good! Price was high over $8. For two single cups
Eaton rapids is a great little town lovely ice-cream shop
The hand dipped peanut butter/ chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is super! It's definitely quality ice cream; not just your run-of-the-mill stuff. The servers were friendly and fast.
Amazing service
