By far the worst Wendy's!!! Covid ended 2 years ago and we still can't get the lobby open? I had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a pickup order. If I hadn't already paid, would've pulled out like half of the people in front of me. Pathetic!!!

I placed a mobile order and it was quite large. I chose to pick up via drive thru. I was greeted at the speaker with an uplifting voice stated my name was asked to pull ahead. I reached the window and the young man TJ greeted me again and COMMUNICATED with me that it would be a "little long minute" because the size of the order. He was great I saw him running between the window and front counter helping guests. He was encouraging the BOH staff I mean I WISH I seen this or encountered more food service staff with this young man's ambition who cared enough for the guests to keep then informed! The GM should be proud of this type of customer service TJ deserves a extra special shout out as he reinstated my loss of hope for decent food service staff in today's world!!! 5 stars if I could give more I would!!!!
The other Wendy's location nearby is rude and the food is always messed up. This location got my order right the first time and was friendly and quick!

Anywhere else can ring up an order for 3 beef patties. When they were unable to the became rude.

5Stars for a fairly dirty kitchen area. Yep you read it right. Were rating Wendy’s for JUST HOW BAD a kitchen area can get. This place gets 5 stars for top-a-the-line dirty kitchen.
Second time I been here in semi truck and can't get in cause dining room closed.

Has gone downhill for the past few months. Locking up the lobby during lunch and forcing customers to go t the Drive-thru only. Typically slowing down service and then it takes 25 mins, to get through the line of customers. Very few deals offered and just seems Wendy's has been lacking in many areas but most notably in cost and service.

Completely unenthusiastic employees, lackluster attitude. Seemed awfully inconvenienced to be asked to do her job. Left the mic open in the drive thru while she argued with another customer whose order she messed up. That customer drove away angry for sure. Employee picking at her eyes, touching her face and hair then touching the food. 28 minutes from the time I got in the drive thru line until I had two salads and two drinks. This location needs some managerial attention ASAP.

This place is such a joke lol. Whoever owns it clearly doesn't care about it. The lobby is usually closed and the whole store is closed down sometimes as well. During lunch and dinner periods. Very odd, you can't count on them so i usually just go to the arbys across the street now. When they have the lobby open there is vulgar rap music blaring from the back that overpowers the lobby music lol. Which I really don't care about as much, it's just like why can't this place get there shit together? It's been 4 years since the pandemic, don't you want to get it figured out at some point?

Stopped into this location on my lunch hour, I typically don't work in office but today I needed some nuggies (office work, am I right **ugh***??). This location is ALWAYS crazy busy during peak lunch hours M-F and the crew that works this shift are rockstars (I actually think there are like 3ish employees in there, banging all those orders out, I see you guys. I see YOU!!). I say all that, to say this - the lobby was supposed to be closed, but i wandered in because my car doesn't know how to act in Michigan weather and likes to over heat. I was politely informed the lobby was closed during this time but they could help me in the drive thru *eek* A.) I didn't have time to get into the LONG line before needing to be back to work...and B.) My bratty car would definitely overheat waiting. I asked if an exception could be made due to said problematic car and the staff got me on my way with my nuggies and a sugar cookie. This staff member could have been firm and could have made me get in the drive thru line, instead not only did they take my order AND prepare it, they also double checked on me, making sure I was a priority and not a nuisance. Thank you for being kind and helpful when I KNOW you've likely been given every reason NOT to do more than necessary today alone not to mention every other day that you work under staffed.
