I stopped in around six in the evening on a Saturday with my six year old grandson to get a frostie. The lobby was closed due to staff shortage so I went through the drive through. As I was waiting to pay I could hear really loud music that I thought was coming from the car in front of me. But after they pulled away, it was still rite there. Apparently they can play music outside by the first drive up window. That would have been fine except that what I'm hearing is Ni---r this and Ni ---r that and a lot of swearing.Why do I want to hear that? Why would I want a six year old to hear that? I said something to the guy when I got my food and he said it wasn't him , but he would tell the manager. And then to top it all off, I ordered a Cobb salad ( for seven dollars. ) And when I got home , the chicken looked like bread croutons it was so hard and dry. I was hungry . But instead I threw it away qnd ate a bowl of cereal.

They had me waiting for 10 minutes at the window before a worker said they work with idiots and no one even put the chicken in the frier. More problems every time I come here I think it’s time I stopped.

My husband got me an Asiago chicken club. The top bun was burned, the chicken sandwich was super dry & it only had 1 small piece of lettuce & tomato. This in the second sandwich I got from there this week that was barely edible.

Do NOT order at this location! Placed a mobile order (mind you it's already paid for), came to the drive thru.. waited 10mins at the speaker. Drove up to the window, I see people inside someone came up to get themselves a drink and not even acknowledged me. Waited another 10mins.. until a dude came to the window. Once I told him I placed a mobile order he told me I have to cancel it. I swear people should not be in customer service. Waste of my time.
