The manager is extremely rude. Placed a mobile order ahead of time. The manager would not give me an order through the drive He stated “My lobby is open come on in. I stated I had a sleeping baby in the car can I not get my order from the drive-through? His response was “My lobby is open come on in”. Couple extra steps from the shelf where my food was sitting to the window would help this guy's gut.

Got here at 10:30 AM in the morning on a Saturday just to grab something to eat. The store says they open at 10 AM and once again it was 10:30 AM and the staff in the store looked at me walked to the door pull on the door and ultimately, I had to walk away because they weren’t open like they said they would be. This was a terrible experience first thing in the morning. I recommend everyone go spend their money elsewhere.

I recently visited Arby’s, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff member Allen made sure my food was fresh and gave great customer service. I'd highly recommend this location.

The service was phenomenal for being fast food. Idk if it was the owner or a manager running the front but they were absolutely amazing. I heard him let the person behind me know about their $7 meal promotion they were running. After I sat down instead of just going back on his computer doing whatever paperwork he was doing he checked on me make to make sure everything was good. Right now they are undergoing construction so the atmosphere is rough but just because of that it was still clean inside and not too hot or cold. The only really bad part of the experience was the fries were a little cold. They were cooked perfectly tho, they were still soft on the inside with a slight crust.

I understand that the store is going through remodeling, but there was 1 person in front of me in the drive through and nobody behind me. It was not busy, but yet they still couldn't be troubled to give me the sauces that I asked for. Really, who wants to eat a dry Arby's sandwich and dry cheese sticks. You need to do better. I will not be back. Sad, because this used to be a good Arby's

Well as of October 2nd 2024, I now have an issue. Ordered the Beef n Cheddar combo, curly fries & a Coke. Sandwich was fine, but the fries were old n cold. I guess I need to ask for cook to order here too to get hot fresh fries. Fast Food workers whined & complained about getting $15 an hour, well y'all got but y'all sure aren't doing a better job. We are still getting crap service n food. Y'all need to do better.

I've never had an issue at this Arby location. The service is always friendly & fast. The food is almost made right always, hot & fresh. Love the 3pm-5pm $1.00 sliders & shakes. Their Italian sub is delicious, better than Subways in my opinion.

Stay away!! This is probably the worst customer service experience of my life. I pull up to the drive thru and ask for a minute to say my order as I had to ask my daughter what she wanted. Seconds later I let him know I was ready with my order. No response. I give it a minute and again say I was ready with my order. Still no response. Not sure if the intercom was working, I say hello. Still no response. All this took a few minutes. Not sure of what was happening, I pull up to the window. A grumpy fellow showed up, starting shouting at me, accusing me of shouting Hello at him. He then asked me to go elsewhere and that I was not welcome. When I asked for a manager, he kept shutting the door at me. I denied shouting at him. He then changed his story that I was shouting at the intercom even though I saw him outside, which I definitely didn't. When I asked what he was doing outside, he said that's none of my business. Then another guy showed up from the back. When I wanted to check if he's the manager, he didn't want to get involved as he was in the back stocking. He flipped me and used explicit language with my daughter in the back. I am never ever going to step into this Arby's ever again. No wonder I don't see any customers at the restaurant. And looking at the past reviews this isn't the first time customers have experienced this rude behavior. The owner definitely knows about this and has zero interest in taking care of customers.
