Waited for our food for 10 minutes, after being told it would be a 5 minute wait. Got half way through the sandwich to find out the chicken was still raw! Called to complain and get a refund and was told we would have to come back to the store to get our money back. So we drove a half hour out of our way and the manager would only refund half of the order. Absolutely horrible service! I do not recommend eating here

Horrible. The older guy at the window, not nice. Food was awful. Told me it would be an extra 5 min to make and it was yesterday's chicken. Disgusting. Then when you call its a busy signal. Garbage. I do not recommend eating there.

They are never open the hours. They say they are on the Internet. They’re always closing early. They are lazy. They close at 10 o’clock an hour early almost every night. I’m going to report them to corporate. This happens weekly. Might as well stay you’re only open until 10
