$12 for two little scoops of ice cream and the smallest sunday I have ever seen. Couldn't understand the guy on the mic and he couldn't understand me. Never again.

Ordered banana split didnt have the right ingredients whipped cream and strawberries were spoiled paid for hot fudge on other ice-cream barely got a spoonful and ice-cream tasted weird, the staff was not friendly and made us wait to do other orders instead of finishing ours

Really good ice cream, the Spicy & Spooky flavour was certainly different, first time I've had an ice cream that's made my nose run! Shame they weren't able to do a banana split so I had to have a tub instead.Not sure if they usually offer tasters of the flavours, but they were adamant I taste the spicy flavour before giving me a scoop. I guess they might have had people complain as it's a unique flavour.

They couldn't fill my order instead of 3 small chocolate shakes and a medium they said they could only do the smalls I said alright then just give me a coffee then when we received them they were just chocolate milk there was not hardly any ice cream in them at all. And i waited for these what a joke.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Long story short, I was told that they forgot to place the order with the cake decorator so the cake wasn't available. I was told I could purchase a "generic" cake from the freezer. No discount even offered. The person at the counter didn't seem to care that my daughter's party was ruined. Two people in line behind me said the same thing happened to them. On my way home to the party I ended up purchasing a cake from another company at last minute as I didn't want to give them the business. I called corporate to complain and received a call back saying they were sorry along with a litany of excuses. I'll never use them again.

I really wanted my kids to be able to taste a couple different flavors before selecting one they wanted, just like when I was little. Apparently, they do not offer samples anymore. The kids didn't seem to mind but I was very disappointed. My oldest selected snickers because she knew she would be happy with it. For me, the whole point was for them to try something new, and only my youngest was brave enough to do so without a sample
