I waited for a long time at speaker, no one answered and when I drove to window. They just were standing there acting like they didn't see me. So I drove to restaurant next door. Way better service.

Driveway has a giant unavoidable pothole that I cracked my rim on.
I dont know what’s wrong with me for continuing to frequent this location, but it is hands down the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food is always cold/old/wrong. Wait times, even when you are the only person in the drive through, are always 15+ minutes. Every single time something is missing or made incorrectly.

Employee was using an e-cigarette in the drive-thru, blowing vapor into my car. That alone makes this location unacceptable for food service.
Despite the recent remodel, the food quality is consistently poor. I’ve been here multiple times and orders are often wrong. Whoppers have been served with untoasted buns, soggy lettuce, watered-down tomatoes, and missing ingredients. They employees clearly don’t care and the management is clueless. This is a prime example of why so many fast foods restaurants will be closing down. People won’t want the low quality or overpay for a poorly made whopper. When automation takeover you’ll see less mistakes and hopefully better service. I’ll make sure I avoid this location at all costs
I would not recommend this location. The remodel didn’t fix the lack of quality control or professionalism. This will be reported.
I walked in ordered, and got my food fresh and got within 6 minutes.

Ordered a #1 w/cheese, just me in the building, 5 people working behind counter laughing & a lot of u know bro, waited 10-12 minutes, went get drink no ice male behind counter says I just git here not my problem, got food, burger cold, bun stal, come on really, I entered at 11:50am Tuesday.

Horrible staff. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru and still didn’t get my food. How do you have two people working and no manager in site! Tammy is the rudest person there. Asked for the manager name and corporates number and she wouldn’t give it to me. Even went inside to get it and nothing. Told me i was having a bad day and i wasn’t till i decided Burger King for breakfast and didn’t get anything. Nice remodel but need faster nicer employees.

Not sure if it's how they operate or what but they denied us at drive thru saying they only take mobile app orders.
No ice a month ago, no ice now (we stop on way home from DTW). Very slow service. Remodel/Construction took forever. Gotta be a management issue. I feel bad for the employees.
