Don't waste your time at "HOODPOTLE". I was just there today and nobody said a word. I told the one guy don't waste your time you look busy.

First time coming here not much of a selection, cheap w their products, employees had bad attitudes. I won't be back. Qdoba is much much better.

A lot of the bad reviews are from when this location first opened and was severely understaffed. It is well-staffed now.

This is your average Chipotle. Decently healthy food for a relatively good price.

TACO BURRITO

Food was fresh,but I barely had meat, so I couldn't really enjoy my lunch. I know if stop by here again, I'll would have set aside extra money or use rewards for an equal portion of meat. Food was tasty overall I would prepare to spend a little more for meat

This location has consistently provided me with terrible service, the employees have terrible attitudes (except the taller black man with the beard that usually works in the early afternoon - he’s awesome!). They’re always sighing, never welcoming, rolling their eyes, and making rude comments about their fellow employees.

But what really matters is that they are constantly out of EVERYTHING. I understand this happening once in awhile but when you’re consistently out of multiple items that needs to be addressed and corrected.

If you go after 5pm the store is always a dirty mess.

I think the only thing that would help this location would be to let go of most of the staff, retrain the ones that don’t look like they hate their customers, and have the general manager there during ALL business hours until the store is turned around.

Win Cheddar

Will be the last time I order from this store. This was their second chance to get it right. Asked for extra lettuce and fajita veggies on my burrito bowl and there was hardly any on there. Go to the app to complain and got a free drink. Seriously, how about making the orders correctly!

Ordered 3 bowls and 1 quesadilla. All were packed in one bag with the quesadilla at the bottom, squished. And then the sour cream spilled into the bag ☹️. The sour cream in the quesadilla was partially spread on the beans. Not something my son prefers. The box was smooshed in the bottom ? what do you expect.
I picked up my food at the fast lane and seems like they are short on staff, the associate came after some time. I was wondering if the restaurant was closed. I am not happy with the service this time.
They have been average other times I have ordered. But today was disappointing.

Here at 730 pm on a Friday night and said they are no longer making chips. But they are on the counter and they have 7 ppl working. Said not enough ppl to cook them. I have never been here when the employees were not lazy. Last time no cheese but a big cheese block out. Ownership needs to spend more time here as they are driving away business. Will not return. Also no credit when included in meal. Very dirty.

I’ve been to many Chipotle locations, but the one in Wixom stands out as a true model of what every Chipotle should strive to be. The staff here consistently delivers excellent customer service, with friendly and efficient employees who go above and beyond to ensure every order is perfect. The restaurant is always clean, and the ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. I’ve never had a negative experience here, which is something I can’t say for other locations.

Other Chipotle branches should take a page out of Wixom’s book, as many could greatly improve their customer service and overall experience. If you want a reliable, satisfying meal, this is the Chipotle to visit!
