Really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. They were out of multiple ingredients, making it hard to even order anything. The chicken was extremely salty, and the employee scooping the food made a mess everywhere — it didn’t look very food safe. The worker also didn’t say a single word the entire time. To top it off, the garbage in the dining area was overflowing. Overall the place felt unclean and poorly managed.

Had a GREAT experience here first time at this location. Had to feed a family of 9 and didn't have everything I needed but French helped take care of it for me in no time with a caring smile. EXCELLENT service!! Will definitely be back.

I was quite disappointed I had stopped about a month ago And ordered ahead. When I picked it up my food was cold.
Today I ordered my normal chicken bowl. I came home to eat it. The rice wasn’t cooked lo the way. It ruined my dinner. That is the restaurant. There is zero reason why rice should be in cooked. Food was gross.

If I could give 0 stars on atmosphere and service I would. I walk in at 10:15 mind you they close at 11pm and there’s music blasting, trash bags all over the place and people “cleaning”, the food station where they serve looked so filthy like nobody even clean the glass and just slings food all over the place. I wish I honestly took pictures of it all to send to the city. I go to pour my lemonade and BOOM like 4 little fruit flies come out the of the area by it… absolutely disgusting the management of this location should honestly just be ashamed. I would give a 0 stars to service to top it all off the person making my bowl kept wiping his nose with his arm and was mute to everything I even said. I hope this location gets shut down or management actually does their job.

Was disappointed that the Carne asada was not available as the Build-your-own offering and that the red chimichurri sauce was so hot. However, minus the sauce, the burrito bowl meal was good.
