This location is wonderful! My order is always right even if it is complicated and the staff is always calm, collected, and helpful no matter how busy it is. Food is always good and the dining area is fairly clean.

Over the last few months, 3 out of 7 orders here have been either missing items (like my coleslaw or my sons fries 😢) Or one order we received really shady, inedible grilled chicken sandwiches. Have had much better service at Brighton, Hartland or even Howell Culver's locations.

Consistently great service and food. Best mass-produced smashburger place that I know of, and the best onion rings of any fast-casual restaurant! I consider them the Chick-fil-A of burger places.

After placing our drive-thru order they forgot about us. Then when we received our order, the fries were hot but the burgers were pink in the middle. We have been here before and had good food and service. Very disappointed this time.

I've always loved Culver's, especially bc they have gluten free options. I almost never leave low ratings but all Culver's locations mess up my orders almost every time. It's either a missing fry or sandwich. This time I checked my bag before I left and saw I had all the boxes/items but I didn't look in each separate box. When I got home I checked my burger box and there was no meat. I order a double deluxe and there was so meat... Just cheese and vegetables. I was pissed, especially bc I'm pregnant and always hungry. Something needs to change here and get better!
