At 4:30 pm today01/07/2026 Wednesday my order was brought out to me wrong cashier in drive thru couldn't comprehend my order was said 5 times and still wrong missing fries..and my chicken sandwich missing cheese I said no lettuce but there was lettuce called in the store young guys tell me he doesn't have to tell me his name very rude didn't solve the problem I was pissed he needs to be fired check the camera to see who answered the phone and also when I left just to find out my chicken was raw undercooked

We stay away from fast food, but if we need something fast, Culver's is the best! They even have broccoli to get some healthy greens in! The food has always been fresh and yummy!

Was excited Culver’s came to novi but boy what a disappointment. The burgers were way overcooked. They were dry even with the condiments and only 1 pickle slice. The malt tasted like a chocolate shake and did not have a closed lid so it spilled in my car. Sorry to say I will not be back

It’s hit or miss with some employees. Some are excellent others are rude and I mean very rude. I’ve been coming here for years since I moved to Wixom 6 years ago and this place has slowly recruited the goofiest of teens this is both good and bad but food is often thrown together, gossip at the front of line, and a gamble if you get a reasonable person at the front or through takeout taking your order. I’ll try other places with more mature staff to be honest but it’s close by when I don’t feel like going out of my way.
