Mostly everytime I come here the ice cream is great and my blizzards are always loaded with whatever I ask for. My only issue is that the employees are so young and some of them don't seem to know how to talk to customers. Also the building is very small and it gets packed very very fast. I live in the area and have been coming here a long time so I know when to avoid this place and when to come.

Last week I went in and ordered two small blizzards. Not realizing how small they were I asked to upgrade them to a large. The three girls working in there stopped and looked each other, looking very put off and annoyed, like I had done something wrong. I said if it is a big deal just upgrade one. The girl went to ring me up and charged me for a third blizzard. I asked her why I couldn’t just pay the difference and she very snottily said, “ We don’t do that”. I asked why she couldn’t just pour the one made into a large and make the rest. She said again , “ No we don’t do that”. I asked to speak to her manager because I didn’t think it was fair to have to buy an entire new one. She said again, in a very snotty tone that she was the manager. I asked if anyone above her was there and she snickered and said no. So I said, ok I guess I will need to speak to the owner or corporate because this doesn’t seem right. She said, “ Fine, go ahead”. This is unacceptable. I am a paying customer, who just asked to upgrade and I was immediately treated like I was out of line for asking. We will not go back.
I was feeling spontaneous today and the server who helped me was super nice. Great place to stop to get something cool on a hot summer day

Great quality products! Amazing group of teenagers! They are super fast and polite. The store is very clean and has great cakes available to purchase. Definitely always my go to place for ice cream. :)

The last two times we have been here the blizzards that we ordered were awful. We ordered snickers and it was all vanilla with a few chunks of the candy. We asked them to remake them this time and they did make it better.
