I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Nicole at the window every morning is seriously the best! She always goes over and above! It’s kinda sad she knows my order by heart but I love her so much for it! Especially when I lose my voice often😂. The coffee is always perfect and food is always great! We love love love this Dunkin!

“I have a problem.” that is what I told the amazing woman at the window. She saw me every morning picking up my favorite drink and told me that I minus well just get the app since I stop by so often. I did and in the same breath I thanked them for always making the drink correctly; every time I order it at other locations it just doesn’t taste the same so I exclusively order it here. Fast forward to the end of the week and I had used the app to order on a very busy morning for them. I had pulled up behind 5 cars to wait my turn and knew it might be hot minute before I could get to the window. I made it up to the speaker and Not even a minute after I had let them know I was there for pick-up, someone had actually walked my drink out to me! I was so incredibly thankful as I was risking being late for work by waiting in such a long line… but as previously stated… I have a problem so I was going to wait it out regardless. The people that work there are so incredibly friendly and I always look forward to stopping by every morning! Thank you Dunkin Staff for being you!!
