Apparently, ordering a hot Americano with a little milk on top is a real brain teaser here. First, I got regular coffee. Then an Americano—without milk. Asked again, and they got the same drink back… still no milk. At this point, it felt like a game of “how many ways can we get this wrong?” The service was impressively indifferent, the coffee was forgettable, and the hash browns tasted like they came straight from the convenience store frozen aisle—microwaved with love (or not).

I am giving 1 star because they always gives burnt bagels whenever ordered .. today I specifically told them when ordering that please do not make it burnt as always you are giving me burnt and guess what again they gave me burnt bagel even after the request is made at ordering ..

I’ve given this location so many chances, because it’s closest to me, but it is consistently bad. They always have some item out of stock, the drive thru people treat you like you’re bothering them - they’re not going to say anything to you and they probably wont even look at you when they hand you the food. Speaking of the food - it’s so far off par for DD. Eggs cold in the middle, breads stale. The donuts are mostly fine but again they run out of stuff routinely.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin' so much they might start charging me rent. I don’t know what kind of wizardry they’re working with back there, but everything I drink tastes like it's been kissed tenderly by the gods of fairly-priced artisan beverages. Thanks Dunkin' 🍩🙏
Staff was not terribly friendly to begin with and the coffee was barely warm. We order a dozen donuts, which were pulled from the back instead of from the case. They weren’t as fresh and soft as normal, and the glaze was cracking/melting off. Really disappointing for the prices they charge!
