Staff was not terribly friendly to begin with and the coffee was barely warm. We order a dozen donuts, which were pulled from the back instead of from the case. They weren’t as fresh and soft as normal, and the glaze was cracking/melting off. Really disappointing for the prices they charge!

Hygiene is an issue here. Watched gloved hands handle money and then product. I watched the next customer being served in case i missed the use of wax paper or tissue to grab the donuts... nope, money, doughnuts, money. I tossed them out, not going back.

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts! at Wixom. Their coffee is always hot and fresh, "ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! the donuts are fluffy and flavorful, and the staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient, even during busy mornings. !. I've tried countless flavors and combinations, From classic glazed to strawberry frosted, and from hot coffee to iced lattes, Dunkin' never disappoints.I couldn't imagine starting my day without Dunkin' Donuts.

On the way to home after long trip stopped over here. This is genuinely my favorite place now to get coffee & ice cream for my kids. There was a young lady in the store when we arrived over there called Mouni. Helped my kids patiently with different flavors and suggested a best one.. kids loved it. She prepared great ice tea and latte’s for us.
