i used to come here every morning to start my day when i was rushing to get out the door. the people are usually very nice, and the drinks are usually good. but i get the same thing every single day, and everyday it tastes very different from the last. my coffee always tastes watered down and overly sweet when i don’t even get sweetener or flavor in my latte. i’d keep going if that were my only issue, but i regularly get handed cold food as well. i used to love dunkin, but im definitely not coming back anymore.
moral of the story is don’t get an iced latte, it’s too risky

Could barely understand the workers, they never make the simplest drinks properly, filled a large drink with all ice and 2 inches of missing liquid at the top. Dunkin is great but they desperately need competent workers

Got charged for shot of expresso for my ice coffee. And they didnt added on the cup ticket, when i asked to please add the shot of expresso. They replied “we did” but i didnt taste like it.. i still asked to add the shot of expresso. Dishonest people.
