Got our order completely wrong, we grabbed it in passing for our family dinner as we dont have a kfc near us. Main entree and most sides were completely wrong. The chicken was old and super greasy. Was not worth driving back for sub par food again. The staff was unprofessional and using racial slurs and vulgar language. Will be returning, ever.

i’m not sure what happened with KFC today. But then again I’ve never ordered their chicken nuggets or their potato wedges. I usually get bucket of chicken in the sides to go with it in the biscuits but today I redeemed some rewards and got a big box meal. The chicken sandwich was OK but had way too much pepper on it and I like my pepper but not like this. The chicken nuggets are small and dry. The potato wedges are hard and rubbery. That’s the best way I can describe it. See pictures I put a quarter in a penny in there so you could compare the size of the nugget to the size of a penny and a quarter . I think I’d be best off just sticking to regular chicken and the sides. Do better KFC do better. I never would’ve sent something like this out to a customer.

So I go in the store only because their drive-thru is 8'6 so a normal work van won't fit in there no big deal there's someone running the drive-thru and three people making stuff Sat there for 10 minutes three of them stared right at me at least five times but apparently the incompetence is second to none not even acknowledgment just peek at me and dont say hello don't do anything I realize it's super super difficult to walk away from one simple task and multitask I mean I know that's a lot to ask but somebody needs to teach these incompetent people what it means to be a good employee a happy worker not rude ignorant overpaid Yes overpaid for doing zero

Stopped in for lunch earlier today about 3pm I ordered the 3 pc chicken strip meal and the chicken was undercooked. I said something the the lady behind the counter and she just walked away. My husband got original chicken , the food had absolutely no flavor, seemed like no seasoning, it definitely wasn't the norm for KFC, we both ended up throwing our meals in the trash ( a total waste of $21) and went someplace else to eat. Lack of concern by staff, tables were all dirty we had to wipe down a table to sit and eat. Kfc is my favorite chicken place but after today I'm starting to think differently. Staff was not friendly at all. Don't think we will be back, I only had a few bites when I realized it was raw but it was enough to send me to the bathroom the rest of the day, my stomach has been off since I left. It was the only thing I had eaten since yesterday so I know it was the chicken. Somebody needs to take better pride and they need to have people who are friendly and act like they wanna be there, we just felt like we we only inconveniencing them by being there.

I haven't been in KFC for years. I saw they had the spicy wings back, thought to give it a shot. I was really impressed how clean the place is, even wasn't busy. I enjoyed every bite of those wings. The service was very good. Thank you

My kids enjoyed the Original Recipe Chicken Bucket. It was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. If you're a fan of fried chicken, KFC is a solid choice.
