King Shawarma Restaurant

King is a strong word. King implies royalty, majesty, power, and exceptionalism. This gem overwhelmed my family during a short but epic visit. My pregnant, often violently ill wife was getting her nails next door. I popped in to grab a quick bowl of soup. The super empathetic owner struck up a conversation with me. To make a long story short, he told me to bring my wife back over when she was finished and that he would have a FREE healthy sampler waiting for us. Unlike many leaders who talk a good game but lie to our faces, this man was the real deal!! THANK YOU!!!! I recently went back to report the incredible news about our miracle child being born healthy and whole. My wife is slowly but surely finding her life “seasonings” again too. God bless!!!!

Bad experience

First time here and I was satisfied with the friendly staff but the food was mediocre at best. My family only ate half of their food and asked me to get my money back because it didn’t meet their expectations. First off, their pita was from a package, not freshly made. The Chicken tasted like warmed up frozen meat. The garlic was fair, I’ve tasted better. The smoothie and the hummus very very good. Overall, not worth the money. I’ve had worse but I’ve also had better.

The best Shawarma around in Novi and Walled Lake. Been going here since I moved to the area in 2023. Reminds me of a place I went to on the west coast when I was young and had my first chicken shawarma wrap. If their food can bring back those memories, its got to be amazing. I travel a lot for work so stopping here after a big trip always hits the spot. Not only the food being amazing but also the service is top notch.

Also, make sure to get their Dolma on your next stop! Amazing!!!

The chicken shawarma here is the best I’ve ever had! The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and they might even be better than Detroit’s chicken shawarma. 🔥🔥🔥

Really fast and great food!

Very clean, beautiful decor. Kind staff. VERY good prices, $25 for two (and we were very hungry....) Food was warm and fresh and the smoothies are so good!!!

Under new management. Basically still the same menu. Sandwiches aren't too bad.

I've ordered take out from Liban Grill several times. Great tasting food and excellent flavor profile. Unlike other middle eastern restaurants, I find the food to be less salty than all other restaurants. The food is consistently fresh and hot. I plan to order again. Strongly recommend. I also love the ability to place my order online for pickup.

The food here is delicious and the service is excellent. The owner's daughter is really nice. I usually get a bowl, chicken ghallaba or lamb chops.
