MET MY BROTHER HERE FOR LUNCH..I WALKED IN AND THERE WERE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND TALKING AS IF I WASNT THERE...FINALLY THE HOSTESS GREETS ME..MY BROTHER WALKS IN AND WE ARE SEATED...WE WAITED..AND WAITED..AND WAITED ...NO WATER..NO ORDER TAKEN OR A WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH U..NOTHING..THE SERVER COMES AND TAKES OUR DRINK ORDER BRINGING BACK LEMONADE HE STATED MAY POSSIBLY BE WATERED DOWN...WELL IT WAS..WE REPLACED IT WITH A SPRITE..OUR ORDER TOOK SO LONG WE JUST ASKED FOR IT TO GO...THE WAITER APOLOGIZED AND OUR STEAK WAS OVERCOOKED (ORDERED MED RARE)AND TOUGH...I WILL NOT BE RETURNING...AND IT WASN'T BUSY ...

Great food, but the wait was really long. Had a newer server that had an off day. Manager was great and made everything right in the end. Willing to give it another try.
My Bone In Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Decent prices what you would expect for a Chain Steakhouse. Loaded baked potato was delicious and so was the cheesecake dessert. This place like others in the area was Packed 45min to 90min wait. USE the app or website to grt on the list ahead of time and "check-in" when you arrive.

I ordered the most expensive plate, the meat comes very bad cook, not fresh as well, I Couldn't eat it, The place was dirty, a lot of flies even on the food, I found the restroom Dirty and bad condition , , When I place my complaint, no body care from the stuff. Starting from the waiters up to the manager...Definitely. I'll not come back again.

Wednesday evening; Party of seven. 1 bread appetizer for table. Salads arrived fairly quickly and in sync. Only three of the main course dinners were served initially. The remaining orders came about 10 minutes later. My meal was overcooked and greasey. Other in our party commented on overly salty mushrooms. Margherita glass rimmed in sugar despite salt being requested. Good Ceasar Salad tho.
