The guy charles behind the counter was rude and not wearing gloves while making food and touching everything. was talking to the female employee very rude and she was busting her butt and did not deserve to be treated that way. We canceled our order because of Charles being unsanitary. Will never be back.

Yesterday on my break at work I went to get dinner and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food was terrible, the service was awful. The disrespect that I got from a worker was unbelievable. I was getting yelled at and saying I was in the wrong when I wasn’t, the manager was just standing there letting him yell at me. I didn’t get a lot of what I ordered so that’s just money I spent and I didn’t even get everything. I left crying and so frustrated, mainly at the disrespect this man was showing me. I will not be going back to that McDonald’s.

When I went in it was kiosk only. It's sad to see that not only do we check ourselves out at grocery stores but we also have to order and pay for our food at a kiosk. With the amount of profits that you see come from these companies to make us work instead of paying employees to do what they should be doing.

I placed a mobile order at the McDonald’s on 49450 Grand River Ave, Wixom, MI, and had an incredibly frustrating experience. When I arrived at the speaker, I was told I needed to place my order again with no explanation. I even asked why, but the employee, ANNA, completely ignored my question.
At the window, I politely asked for my receipt, and she handed me someone else’s. When I tried to clarify the situation, she rudely told me I didn’t have an order and needed to leave the line—despite me having the emailed receipt and the order confirmation on my McDonald’s app. It was clear she either cleared the order or failed to process it correctly, yet she showed no accountability or professionalism.
I have never had an experience like this at McDonald’s. I remained respectful the entire time, yet was met with dismissiveness and a bad attitude. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and there should be consequences for employees who treat paying customers this way. I will not be returning to this location.

This used to be the quickest McDonald's around. Lately they've gotten slow and the food quality has suffered. I'm not sure what happened but they need to address it. They're just another mediocre McDonald's now.
