Ridiculously slow service. There were hardly any cars, yet the wait was forever. They tell you to pull up to the wrong window and then don’t even bring the food to that window, which just holds up the line even more. On top of that, the fries are always ice cold—even after waiting close to 30 minutes. Completely defeats the purpose of fast food.

Paid cash shorted 4 cents says don't have penny any more and they dont round up at 4 cent to a nichel. Food was warm took 25 minutes 3 car in line.

Why do the workers ignore front counter? You can't customize everything on the app or kiosk and even if you could, it's extremely rude and bad business to not help a customer

i waited about 45-50 minutes for a sundae and a frappe, after paying and waiting another 20 minutes i was informed that their ice cream machine wasn’t working. at this point ive been making eye contact with the frappe for a good 10 minutes and it looks as if its separated and been sitting for a long time. they finally try to hand me the melted frappe and i ask for it to be remade, the rude girl huffed and puffed away and took another 5+ minutes to make another one just out of my line of sight. i saw three other employees walk past the window away from her laughing about something, im assuming she did something to my drink so i dumped it out. never coming back here!!

I was given hot water partially closed lid.
I order oatmeal no apples. I got a half portion of oatmeal and it was cold no creamer no sugar. I simply say hey I come everyday this oatmeal doesn't seem right it looks like it got spilled maybe. She said let me remake it I said ok bring it to me i want to see if I was just tripping......they bring me a bag of oatmeal and a cup
With apples and raisins and throws it on the counter. Call manager said she gonna fix it. Come back she doesn't fix it. Get the assistant manager I tell her what the problem is....she said it comes like that. I said I just want an oatmeal like it comes with no apples like I order. She said we'll they though you wanted to make it yourself......lady I come everyday and aint never had to put hot water and open a bag of oatmeal that is meijers......the. she brings me oatmeal with apples and raisins inside......re train staff including management. The poor performance comes from the poor manager performance. LAST does not tell the customer what you thought. .its just oatmeal. Then they threw my hash brown away so 1 hour later I got oatmeal and no hashbrown.........and an excuse. Your assistant manager is not one. If working at McDonald's seems stressful it is because of management and lack of culture. To many problems for one corner and we tired of seeing it...are your employees in position? Why everyone walking in and out no one washing hands. Why no one ever comes to the front unless someone yells over the counter.......and why are we arguing with customers about their order not being right?

The lady working the 2nd register on 12/13/2025 at 3:40pm needs to relearn her manners and how to treat people. She opened the window and thrusted my drink spilling it on me not saying sorry or even hello. she did it again with my second order and so when she haded us the bag, she held it above my reach but I snatched that bag out her hands before she could hold it over my head so quick she didnt know what to do. I guess thats Wixom's McDonald's for ya. and she gave us another persons meal thank you for the free food and like are you okay? y'all better check on her

NOT 24 Hours like signage on freeway says or google says. We were there at 4:50am and they would not take our order.
i don't know why it says open 24 hours if they really aren't open for 24 hours..... i just went through the drive-thru but the person at the speaker had said that they're close.....
