I used to love this location, I’ve ordered so many times (changing my 5 star review to 1 star). This must be new ownership or management. DoorDash quoted me a 35 minute wait time. After a full HOUR they had the audacity to tell my Dasher that it would be yet ANOTHER hour. When I called the location (2) times they said “Thanks for Calling PJ, have a nice day” and hung up. The third time I got a hold of the manager, who was beyond rude, did not even apologize, and hung up on me again.

I made an oline order: Large Thin Crust Tuscan Six Cheese Toppings: Parmesan/Romano Cheese, Three Cheese Blend, Fresh Spinach Sauce: Original Sauce Instructions: Original Pizza Sauce, Square Cut, Light Sauce I received the complete opposite; too much sauce, very little mozzarella (not 5 cheese), very little spinach, and over cooked. When I initially checked the pizza at the store, while it was hot, it appeared fine. Soon as I got it home, after it cooled, it was aparent that it was right. The employee seemed overwhelmed. This was my first time ordering from the Wixom location. I will have to be hard pressed to order again.

It appears that the quality of this establishment may have declined. I recently ordered a stuffed crust meat pizza, and it seemed that the individual responsible for preparing the crust might benefit from additional training. The crust had numerous uneven areas, making it difficult to hold, and the toppings unfortunately fell off every slice. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of sauce. The crust itself was approximately two inches thick, which left very little actual pizza to enjoy. I would personally choose to avoid this particular Papa John's location in the future. I hope that the corporate office will take notice of these unfavorable reviews and implement further training, as it seems they are not upholding the brand's standards appropriately.

This Papa Johns location is a nightmare! Each time we order gets worse than the previous time. They forget our extra garlic butter EVERY SINGLE TIME, even after emphasizing it over the phone. Barely any toppings, zero flavor on the crust that was ordered. We were told delivery would take an hour. Our pizza arrived over an hour and a half later. We were trying to be understanding, thinking maybe they're understaffed, but this time was the last straw with all the errors. Management was not willing to rectify the situation. Upon looking up current reviews, we can see we're not the only former customers in the community.

This location has gone downhill in the last couple months. Most likely different owners or different management with employees that don't know how to make pizza. Zero consistency as one cheese bread order is normal dough thickness while the other is super thin with little cheese. When we've ordered a large original crust, it's looks like they use a small, then roll it to stretch out to a large, leaving a thin base that drops toppings when picked up. If u order extra cheese or extra sauce, you still get the regular amount. How cheap can you get??With our last order, it was just a pizza for my son, and he said the sauce and cheese tasted different than the usual Papa Johns flavor. He's had stomach issues the next day. Inside of store looked a mess and dirty and a girl was sitting on the counter. Gross! I have a feeling it's new owners, non pizza people nor hygienic ones. Most likely just employ family for their paperwork.

Employees don't wear gloves! I happened to remain parked outside this location after picking up my order to eat it. I observed male employee squat and look through his phone, scratch his nose, then pick inside it before he flicked what ever he found into the kitchen. A pizza came out of the oven, and without even washing his hands, he removed it from the oven and began to slice it. I dont recommend eating anything from here till the sanitation issues are resolved.

I ordered 3 pizzas and a bread for a starving group of 3rd of July partiers. They forgot one of the large pizzas and when I called them, they said they could deliver, but there were six orders ahead of mine, which would be way too late, Or I could come pick it up, which wasn’t an option because everybody had been drinking. When I stated, perhaps I could find one person that could come pick it up. Could we get something else for free Like an extra bread and they told me they could not give me free food. They could only credit me for the pizza that they missed in delivery. I find this to be Unsatisfactory customer service as they were the ones who made the mistake to begin with.

I love papas pizza. It’s my fav. But this location is aweful. The fact that I got my ordered delivered a week ago and , paid 8.00 for delivery fee, the driver said “are u going to tip me now” like bro I was , but now I’m not ! Then tonight I placed another order bc I work late and it’s the only thing open, THE MANAGER (A GUY) called and said , You have to tip to the driver. Mind u I literally live 2 minutes away(driving). I don’t drive and I don’t wanna walk with hot pizza in my hand. Like first and foremost , I don’t have to do anything , and that type of service is crazy. I was spending at least 100 a week at ur establishment, and this is how yall treat me. I work in food service as well, and this is unacceptable! I will be calling corporate everyday until this type of behavior is handled. And i will only be ordering when the African American girl with long hair is there bc clearly she’s the only one with some sense !
