First time here, I ordered the deluxe Nashville hot chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a lemonade. Everything was fresh, delicious, and hot! Good portions & inexpensive!

People were nice, fries were good, pop was good. But the grilled chicken was anything but good. I prob should have ordered crispy now after seeing the reviews. Will update when I try the crispy because the grilled was dry, and not good.

No longer has hand breaded chicken tenders, just GFS tenders deep fried, Potatoes are super starchy and almost taste bitter. Gravy and Mac was good but the rest seems to be pre-made stuff

We were stopping at another’s place in the same plaza for lunch. In Wixom, MI. When we saw this place we were thinking it would be brave to open a restaurant right now, but these guys hit the mark.The chicken was juicy, the waffles fries were great, but the mash potatoes with gravy, that was the hit!! So creamy and good! What a pleasant surprise!We split a 4 piece box between two people and it was the perfect amount of food and we were starving!!We were also greeted quickly and out food came out fast as well.Try it! It’s good!

Chicken is over cooked and tasted like leftovers. Baskets are hard. Potato skins don't seem to be fully cooked. For some odd reason the coleslaw tasted like I'd get drunk if I ate it. Very disappointing and over priced.

I ordered a 3 pc quick chick box , picked the Mac and cheese and coleslaw for the sides . Holy smokes everything was good . Can’t wait to try out different sauces too ( not that it needs any help)

We got a 12ct chicken tender and a Nashville chicken with sides. All of the food tasted like your most generic frozen bowling alley food. Considering I paid over $2 a tender, I'd expect something of much higher quality. Biscuit and waffle fries were also bland and generic, their Chick chick sauce is a sweeter honey mustard. Pictures of the fried chicken looks good, and the Nashville sandwich was fine. But if you plan on getting tenders there are many places nearby to try first for a fraction of the cost.

Best chicken I have had in years!!! Great flavor, not greasy or fatty. Both potato wedges and waffle fries were cooked perfectly!! Will never get my chicken anywhere else now!! Also, staff was super friendly and if you haven't eaten here yet, you are missing out!!

This place is one of my favorites, the Nashville sandwich is the best I’ve had from anywhere. There is an older gentleman who cooks and when i pick my food up and see him i know it’s going to be amazing. If he’s not working the food is still really good, but when this gentleman is cooking the sandwiches are just so much more flavorful and delicious. He definitely deserves a raise because he’s doing something right! 100% recommend going here.
Okay I'd first like the start off by saying that I love spicy chicken sandwiches from just about anywhere.. Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc. When I first decided to stop in and try their food it's because I saw a sign advertising it at the intersection of Wixom and Grand River. Of course I went in not expecting much since it's a bit of an odd location. I was tempted to look up reviews online as I was waiting for the food because I was naturally curious. Many of the reviews said it was bad for an array of reasons so it worried me considering I had already paid for my food. As soon as I got home I was shocked at how amazing it was. First of all the flavor is amazing, you've got a good balance of spice so it's just enough. The chicken is always super tender and the breading is phenomenal. I personally order mine without the sauce that comes on it instead opting to cover it in their homemade ranch. Which I'd like to give them bonus points for homemade ranch and always being super generous with the amount of pickles they give. Being completely honest, for the price as well as the food itself I think it's better than Chick-fil-A, dare I even say Popeyes too... of course everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I don't understand all the negative reviews. I haven't had many of their sides so I can't say much on that aspect, however the Mac and cheese was really good as well as their waffles fries. Everything gives me the same sense as if you were eating a home cooked meal. If you're thinking about coming here please give it a chance! It's worth it!P.S. the only photos I have are from a video of me pouring ranch on the sandwhich so excuse the quality of the photos :)

The food is good but they can't get the orders right. I ordered 24 tenders (a lot of chicken BTW) and purchased extra dipping sauce. My wife checked the order. 4 tiny individual cups. When we asked if that was extra she said that they are running low. It should have been 8 cups without buying extra. She bought 3 more out and said that was all they could give. Fortunately we had some chicfila sauce at home. Good chicken. Bad service. 0 out of 3 times of getting my order right. Always check your order.

We decide whether or not we like a restaurant based on three things - good food, good service, and consistent experience. This place has all three! It’s often our go to after busy kids’ sports evenings or on the weekend.Our go-to menu items are Quick Chick Grilled Deluxe (yummy grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, cheese, pickles, and QC sauce), and the Quick Chick Original Deluxe and either potato wedges or waffle fries - the wedges get my vote. The boneless wings are very good too and there are a lot of sauce options to choose from but the QC sauce is awesome!The only room for improvement I see is to revamp the credit card payment so people don’t have to sign receipts - that’s rather awkward when going through the drive thru.

1st time I was there it was great. This time not so much, waffle fries were cooked great but very plain since no salt was added nor given. Saw 3 kids standing around steering at their phones while I was waiting. After I got my food, I had to ask for the drink I paid for already. He said he was sorry he forgot but then handed me the pop with the lid half off and of course it spilled in my car. They do have good food but they need to be consistent Or they will never make it, I hope they do because I like mom and pop shops.
