Service was amazing I didn’t realize they closed at 5pm and the workers let us sit and eat our food while they cleaned up and they were super nice and friendly

I placed two orders online in the morning before they opened. They were estimated to be ready at 10:15A. I got there at 10:08 and the door was locked. They unlocked it and let me in. I let them know I had placed two orders online. A guy came in behind me. They took his order, made his sandwich and collected his money in a matter of a few minutes. He left. I was still waiting. About ten minutes later, I got one sandwich. When I questioned about the second sandwich, the guy was clueless. It took another 5 minutes to get the second sandwich. Terribly slow service! Ordering and paying in advance does nothing, I came in first and was still served last!

I will tell you that l go to Quiznos alot. The employee's are so friendly. The manager ( l don't know her name) made me feel welcome. She made my great sandwiches. I will go back often. Clean, friendly, prices are great. Thank you.

I absolutely love Quiznos, delicious food from the sandwiches to the soup. The food always will be! Today I had an appointment, I've been craving Quiznos since I haven't had it in a minute and so I had time to spare from when my appointment ended and when Quiznos was to be open at 10:00 AM. When it was time to finally go get Quiznos and I arrived at the Wixom, MI location the lights were off and it appeared to be closed. I saw someone in there so I figured maybe they are running late and so I'll give them 15 mins or so, they should be ready within 15mins right? Well they weren't, they did turn the lights on, not the open sign, but sometimes people forget to do that. It appeared they were cleaning and prepping food, figured okay I'll give them another 15mins (I realllly wanted Quiznos! It'll be worth the wait). Nope still cleaning and prepping, I had walked up to see if they were finally open and tried the door, locked and a gentleman rolled out a carpet and just looked at me and smiled, but didn't open the door and say anything for why they weren't open yet. They continued to clean and prep... 40 mins later (yes I know that is a long time to wait, but hello I was there to be a customer and give this location my money). I finally left after 40 minutes... If you as an established company who's hours are posted online, on the window twice all stating you'll be open at 10 AM you should seriously be ready to open your door at 10am whether you have someone walking in or not. I felt this was so rude to have a paying customer outside waiting to come in, I was planning to purchase a large to XL sandwich, large soup, chips and a drink, who knows maybe something else... It would have been a good chunk of change, but no... you chose to clean and prep and not be prepared for your customers as you should have been the night before instead of at the time you were supposed to be open or even if something came up the night before get in much earlier and be ready or close to ready. And if you see a customer waiting out side and checking you are open, maybe next time explain to them what is going on so that they can make a decision to leave or not or come back another time. I even saw a solid 5 vehicles pull up next to me then leave and at first I thought they were there for Quiznos and then I realized it was for the company next to them (this other company was just simply closed for the day). Will certainly not be spending or returning to this location ever again. I will find a new Quiznos location 100% and give the new location my money and support the new location.
