Tried calling multiple times to place an order and couldn't get an answer. Went inside and placed the order for two beef pad thai mild. One was mild, the other wasn't at all. Besides that, the food is usually good

This was the worst Thai food we have ever eaten, the tom yum had shrimp less than a quarter inch big, the taste was not what tom yum should taste like. I also ordered pineapple fried rice, I opened it up and saw rice, with a few vegetables dark as soy sauce, did not taste like Thai fried rice in anyway. Now I know why they don't have dine in, take out only. I will tell you I have been to Thailand many times and my wife is from Thailand, this food is a joke. People from this area of Michigan this is not normal tasting Thai food.

I was really excited to try this place. Overall customer service was good. However my Pad Thai dish that In ordered was not. I am a chef/cook myself and I could tell off rip the shrimp was old and very tough and chewy to say the least. Really didn't see any egg in the dish. I was expecting nice juicy fresh shrimp within the dish only to be disappointed by the presentation of the shrimp throughout the dish. There was also two different size noodles in my dish. Not sure what that was about. I did get a bad stomach ache as well. Hope the honest review helps the restaurant out alot. I really did have high hope for my first experience.

Great food and good spice levels. Trying to call in to place an order is very difficult and I usually have to walk in to place an order. Seems that their phone system does not work.
Medium spicy is very spicy for American standard, so ordering low spicy is appropriate

Super flavorful food with big portions! Also fair prices. I've tried almost everything on the menu and my favorite items are the pad pak stir fry, the peanut curry noodles and the pla jien catfish. Thank you for great takeout everytime Simply Thai!!
