Food was OK, the soda machine which I'd say use at your own risk because they had tiny particles in my drink that could of came from the ice or from the sprite and could be fruit flies or mold in the dispenser. Also the girl working here which is extremely nice cut her finger opened when I walked in and asked her if they had a first aid kit and she said no, so I took care of her with the first aid kit in my work van. Corporate should come here and take a look at everything and make sure it's up to code and that there is proper cleaning rotocols being met as well.

We ordered at 840. Tipped well. Arrive by 905pm.... you cancelled our order, TOOK OUR MONEY, and had the door locked when we arrived??

the lady working last night (october 3rd) was so sweet! it was such a shame there were like 10 ppl ordering stuff and it was only her working. Needs more staff ASAP. It was absolutely ridiculous only having one person on staff. Countless online orders as well as people trying to order in person, there was no time for anything. The issue is management and not having any staff, the worker was very sweet and felt bad she even gave us cookies!!! if your reading this THANK YOU❤️ Not only was the wait long due to the lack of staff, people with online orders had attitude and were hovering over her telling her what to do even though it wasn’t their turn. Heartbreaking to see!! STAFF THIS PLACE !!!

Really nice staff but every time I come the people make sandwiches with the same gloves they count money with and touch the register with . Very disgusting

Worst subway sandwhich I've ever had. Lady ripped the whole thing in half and still gave it to me. Lettuce was brown. Super disappointing, as I was super excited she piled all of the toppings In the middle and put nothing on the ends.

They have the radio SO LOUD! You can't even here them when asking about what you want on it. I mean it's VERY LOUD. Crazy
Tuesday October 3rd 2023. I literally got 30 minutes for lunch. I go to find out that they're closed for whatever reason. It should announce online also that they are closed. Due to whatever reason and there was a person inside there.

Sangita was the sweetest, most attentive subway worker i have ever encountered! she made my sub with ease, precision, and speed and is one of the coolest women around!

This place looked really nice and updated on the inside however my partner got food poisoning here. He ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and was told they don't have a microwave to heat the bacon only the sub toaster. (I'm suspecting that the bacon made him sick as this was the only culprit of the day that made sense). Customer service was ok, nice to me but complained a lot about this and that, other regulars etc. It became uncomfortable after a while. (My sub was fine but I ordered something different).

Had a coupon for 2 subs for $12.99 which I told them I would use. They waited until after I ordered the subs to tell me it's "build your own" only. I told him I don't see any "build your own" subs on their display menu. So he points to the screen that is on the farthest side from where the customers order. Why would Subway put the sign out of view from the location where the customers order? Oh yeah...so I have to order the more expensive subs and can't use a coupon. I'm never coming to this Subway again. If I'm going to pay that kind of money for subs, I will go to Firehouse or Penn Station. Know your customer Subway!!!
