This is the second time I have ordered delivery and a drink and item was missing. I tried to use the customer service option and I was redirected to the app. Then, I filled out an email form explaining the issue. It's been a couple days and the location let the phone ring. I normally don't mind this location and think the food tends to be good, but the chicken I had was pretty burnt and like I said, the aforementioned missing items. I just want my money back at this point. By far the most disappointing taco bell order. I used to brag about this being the best taco bell in the area. The food was always fresh and hot and crisp. Now, it seems I can't order without my money being taken and no resolutions to my issues, I know you have no control over the app but I've done my due diligence in reporting this issue. Multiple times and have tried to call to have it resolved myself. Please fix this, I paid for items I never received and the ones I did get were bad quality. I'd like to keep going back to this location but not if it's going to be like this everytime.

Obnoxious AI drive through that is way too loud. I don't appreciate being yelled at by a robot. Terrible customer service to not even speak to a human being.

Drink was spilling, and no napkins or sauce in the bag. I asked for napkins and sauce, African American cashier had an attitude about it. I requested sauces on the app. No reason to be mad at me, since you want to stand there and just make drinks, instead of also ensuring bags have napkins and sauce. And the food from this location is alright, I’ve had better. But the customer service makes everything worst. I’d visit this location a few times a week, I’m avoiding this location now.

I usually have a great experience at this particular location but tonight is a different story. The AI thing was barely working and the cashier seemed annoyed when I said hello, after the AI voice said it was getting a team member when I gave my rewards code that it asked for. Also, an entire meal is missing from my order! Ridiculous.

BEAUTIFUL QUEEN

Taco Bell or the food is good and night fresh in front of you service is a kiosk machine. I hate those the atmosphere was nice. The person who gave me. My food was maybe a three he seemed a little confused putting kiosk. Machines in these restaurants takes away communication to this Cashier service. Be so busy so sure they hang your food and walk away without saying anything half the time..

It’s 10:52 PM on a Tuesday night. We ordered a few things online around 9:45 PM and scheduled pick up time was kept at 10:30 PM and we opted for in-store pick up and the website store it’s available till 11:30 PM. We got the text at 10:30 PM the order is ready. We reached at 10:35 PM and go to know only drive through is available right now and there is crazy big line there.

So the situation right now is, our order is already ready for pickup but we need to wait for another 30+ minutes because need to go through the line. Talked to the staff and they said we can’t pick it up directly and have to be at the back of the line. This is absolutely crazy.

Does any part of this kind of policy make sense to anyone? Why would someone need to go through drive way and wait for extra time when order is already ready?
