It’s 10:52 PM on a Tuesday night. We ordered a few things online around 9:45 PM and scheduled pick up time was kept at 10:30 PM and we opted for in-store pick up and the website store it’s available till 11:30 PM. We got the text at 10:30 PM the order is ready. We reached at 10:35 PM and go to know only drive through is available right now and there is crazy big line there.
So the situation right now is, our order is already ready for pickup but we need to wait for another 30+ minutes because need to go through the line. Talked to the staff and they said we can’t pick it up directly and have to be at the back of the line. This is absolutely crazy.
Does any part of this kind of policy make sense to anyone? Why would someone need to go through drive way and wait for extra time when order is already ready?

This is my favorite taco bell in the area!!!!! Everything is always hot and fresh and the workers are always in a good mood and so nice!!!!!!!!! They aren't lazy and they don't force doordash after a certain hour!!!!!!!!! They also make everything correctly and I've never had any issues with my order!!!! Always try to go here if I can!!!!! Great job guys!!!! Thank you so so much

I had a surprising experience at this location. I think this was the best experience I’ve had at fast food! Nate made sure I was welcomed he acted professionally and with integrity. If he ever was down on his luck and needed a new place I’d love to have him as a coworker at Olga’s. Taco Bell you have a good one better take care of him.

Food is good and the staff is cool. The AI ordering system is annoying and always set at an ear piercing volume. It's made me want to avoid this location
At the drive thru window yesterday the guy taking money was nice but the guy making the food behind him was not nice to the guy in the window at all and looked miserable and angry. He made our food super sloppy with wayyyy too much sauce. The cantina chicken taco didnt have cheese melted on the shell at all and was just plopped at the bottom. There was a small scoop of meat in the middle but most of it was just dry taco. I don't normally go to this location and I won't be back.

To the managers of this Taco Bell- please get your staff some more help. The tables and floor were dirty and wet and the staff seemed overwhelmed and it wasn’t even the lunch rush. I tried to send feedback privately on the website but the contact us page kept crashing.

I used to love this Taco Bell, but the way I was just treated as a customer when my food was made incorrectly. my burritos had beans that were hard as a rock in them. 4 people are working and they are doing nothing but standing around on their phones and not paying attention to customers or keeping their food up to standard is definitely not something that is safe.
