Won't be coming back here as the bathroom was locked and when the person who also worked there came out we were bombarded with the smell of Marijuana. Unfortunately while legal it remains against the law in buildings. Management didn't seem to care either.

2 year edit: still by far the best Wendy’s there is. My fries are HOT and crispy. My food is fresh. They are fast and nice. This is pinnacle fast food.

All types of tricks at this location. They shorted the cook time on my fries and they are soggy from being undercooked. Not the 1st time this location has cut corners but it will be the last now.

I have come here for a while now because my husband works across the street and 3 or more times a week I pick up his lunch here. Now I always ask for fresh fries with extra salt on it- never as it been an issue! The same blonde manage whom as accommodated this many times had an issue with it today, claiming she has never done it before. Now I wear a body cam as I do DoorDash and body cam is for protection. I have worn my body cam in the store in the past when ordering and have it on film her accommodating my request in the past. She looked at her staff and said please slap me if I ask you guys to ever put extra salt on fries. So petty and she does not deserve her job- you are there for clients not to be an asshole
Went through the drive through, 3 cars in the other line went through (they didn't get our order) and then when we went to pull around to the other lane, they took the order from the car in the other lane (that we were just in). When we finally got our order, they didn't even say anything or look at us--they just handed us our bag. Never before have I seen staff be so blatantly discriminatory towards customers, especially in 2025. Absolutely disappointing.

The staff at the Wixom Road Wendy's were rude, the burgers were loaded with grisel and the lettuce was thick and hard to chew. My wife ordered a baked potato, with her burger, that was overcooked and covered with tasteless cheese. My fries were overcooked and not hot. Probably the worst food we ever had. Certainly not worth $24.50. It's s no wonder Wendy's is closing a number of locations and this location should be one of them.
