All drinks are premixed behind the counter. You can see all the powdered flavoring sitting in a colors pool of water. I've never had something so watered down. Great service. TERRIBLE

I always receive great customer service here but especially today, I felt like they went above and beyond today after I told them I had spilled my tea at home and came back to get another one. The place is also always clean, well decorated, and they have the best specials!

I used to frequent this place. They have great tea's but a recent incident at their establishment has made me quit going there.
Story: I was using a gift card that my husband had purchased for me back a few months ago for Christmas.
The gift card was on card stock, and it said the business name. It was also signed by someone who works there and it was for $10. When he purchased it, apparently they were out of plastic gift cards so they offered him this one instead which he took. I present at the gift card and the cashier didn't know how to put it into the register so she asked another female coworker. The woman came over (I did not catch her name) and she proceeded to question me on where I got the gift card and made me feel embarrassed and like my husband had created a fake card. Which he did not, and it wasn't very nice to accuse/assume that he did. I offered to contact my husband via cell phone and she said that was not necessary but I felt like I was defending myself when I shouldn't need to. I was so upset that I decided not to return anytime soon for the way that I was treated.
I sent that message and no one responded. So obviously they don't care.
I won't be back.
