Understaffed, but who is not these days. Waitress did the best she could since she was only one on the floor. Pot roast is typically really good, meat was tough this time and carrots raw in the center. Omelette was runny and little filling. Typically not like this when we eat here . We will go back but was very disappointed this evening for the amount you are billed. Tipped the waitress well as she was stressed but still was smiling.
My husband, 2 yr old, and myself decided to try Bob Evans tonight as we have never been to one. It was very disappointing! It wasn’t busy at 5:30PM when we got there and got seated. It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to come to our table and didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks and went straight to asking if we were ready to order. Then nothing until I asked her if we were getting our drinks almost 20 minutes later and her response was “I’m confused on what you wanted”...read full review
