My parents and I came into Bob Evans yesterday (Thanksgiving) for dinner. The place was busy. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the hostess. We were seated within a couple mins. Our waitress (forgot her name) went above and beyond. She had our table and 5 other tables. She was attentive, always smiled; was a pleasure to interact with. I saw the managers/supervisors (3 or 4 of them) all pitching in to help and not just stand around, barking orders, like at some establishments....

If you know this place you know what you're going to get. Clean and friendly staff. Did my special order correctly. New menu since the last time I was in. I got the turkey, dressing and mashed. Nice and quite.
