Waited over 20 minutes for two burgers and a small fry. I went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long and noticed one burger was already done for over 5 minutes before they finished the second. The first burger was obviously cold. Second burger was terrible and pictured below. Undersized patty, burnt the bread of the patty melt, and didn’t melt the cheeses. Useless workers just sitting around doing nothing. Worst burger I’ve ever been served at five guys. Will not be coming back to this location.

Weird interaction from the employees tonight? My boyfriend went in and picked up our food. On his way out, one of the employees offered him free fries and my boyfriend said “yeah if you’re giving them out” and another employee comes from behind and says “no I don’t give out free fries” so my boyfriend says alright, “I don’t need them” lol and leaves. I just think it’s weird, why offer and then reject? I don’t really care because we didn’t order them anyway we were just like that was such an odd experience lol. Anyway, we got our food.

I love 5 guys and I love that they are fresh fast food but the last couple of times I have lost my appetite. I am sure there is a hygiene code for employees, I mean I hope so .There are people I see on a regular basis that really engage and they are running around making sure the food is fresh and fast but a few that are not and this one guy that works there (and I hate to complain) but this is the third time that I have been in there and literally smelt his body odor and really bad unwashed hair.. i’m sorry, but whoever is running this location, you need to make them shower and ware clean Uniforms all the time! This guy, I don’t know his name but he’s tallish black hair dirty. I think I’ll wait a little while to come back in. I only live a few miles away.

Came in requesting to use company card number cashier complained saying we couldn’t do that even if we had proof it’s our card (there’s no name on it, it’s a general company card ) staff was extremely rude and refused, we later placed the order online just to have them forget a sandwich and treat us as if we lie for a free sandwich, when we aren’t even paying for the food to begin with. Only had hostile attitude towards the black employees in our group. Highly dissatisfied
