I love 5 guys and I love that they are fresh fast food but the last couple of times I have lost my appetite. I am sure there is a hygiene code for employees, I mean I hope so .There are people I see on a regular basis that really engage and they are running around making sure the food is fresh and fast but a few that are not and this one guy that works there (and I hate to complain) but this is the third time that I have been in there and literally smelt his body odor and really bad unwashed hair.. i’m sorry, but whoever is running this location, you need to make them shower and ware clean Uniforms all the time! This guy, I don’t know his name but he’s tallish black hair dirty. I think I’ll wait a little while to come back in. I only live a few miles away.

Came in requesting to use company card number cashier complained saying we couldn’t do that even if we had proof it’s our card (there’s no name on it, it’s a general company card ) staff was extremely rude and refused, we later placed the order online just to have them forget a sandwich and treat us as if we lie for a free sandwich, when we aren’t even paying for the food to begin with. Only had hostile attitude towards the black employees in our group. Highly dissatisfied

First time at a Five Guys. Burger was excellent! I believe they are all double burgers, and not smash burgers. I got the Cajun fries and they were very good. Service was quick. Only had to wait about ten minutes (quicker than most fast food places these days). Got a cheese bag for the wife and was surprised at how good it was. A little pricey, but overall, definitely a recommend.

We had a bad experience here with our Uber eats order. Melissa - the manager not only went above and beyond making sure we were happy but is the reason we came back. Melissa is a treasure!
