The pizza was okay I ask for light sauce but they give light cheese so it was like eating sauce and bread they give a lot of fries and 2 ranch. So don’t be cheap on the cheese .
First time ordering a take out pizza from Francescas. Pizza was great. They have a lot of staff working and they were all friendly and helpful. Definitely different than the typical conveyor-belt-through-the-oven pizza shop. They cost a little more, so I am watching for coupons and specials in the future! I will be back.
My husband and I lived in Italy for a few years and were excited to try this place out. Is the pizza good? Yes. Is it authentic? Definitely not. The crust was very chewy and thick, not what an authentic napoletana pizza is like.
We also had to wait over an hour for our two pizzas. We ended up asking to get boxes for our pizza before it even arrived because we had to get going.
The food is good, but disappointed by their service and their claim...
