I’ve been here before and had not so great experiences, but it’s been quite a while. This time it was clean, the staff were clear and friendly, the food was great. Other times in the past it’s been dirty and the staff were blunt and dismissive. But it’s been months and it shows great improvement. I’m sure I’ll be back to this location for more!

Drink machine wasn't working properly. Staff was very rude when attempting to resolve the issue and fought trying to get a refund or diet drink due to medical issues. Extremely rude staff and management; will not be back. Recommend not coming here. Chipotle provides a way better experience.

Extremely slow service, ordering mobile is a waste of time. You stand there for twenty minutes watching walk in customers get their food substantially faster than you, so it kind of defeats the purpose. Additionally every time I order Cholula hot and sweet chicken (which costs about a dollar more), I am given the regular adobe chicken. In general every time I order mobile something is wrong or missing. This place is more worth the money if you come in, order in person and make sure you are getting what you ask for.
