Good food and clean place. Although some worker (name tag said Piper) was not helping at all and instead talking to who I assume a friend. Very off putting and made the line slow as only one other person was actually working.

Worker did not change gloves after touching money and having a handful of change. He then proceeded to cough in his gloved hands and sticking them in the cheese to make someone a burrito. Absolutely disgusting. We left and went to five guys.

I was helped by john. He rushed me and kept asking if I needed anything else in a rude tone. After I bought my food and sat to eat, he would not stop yelling across the store. He was very disrespectful to the customers trying to enjoy a meal, so I left.

The staff are great. Everyone is friendly and the restaurant is consistently clean and tidy. My only gripe, though seemingly petty is sort of an important one in an establishment that boasts burritos, is that every. single. time I come to the Woodhaven location, the tortilla is not thoroughly heated, causing it to immediately and completely fall apart upon removing its wrappings. I'm not generally the type to leave this manner of review, but the issue has been prevalent nearly every visit to this location even after voicing my concern with multiple staff.

Chicken Adobo bowl tasted great dispite store missing alot of toppings in food bar. Service was slower as there only two employees on shift to run whole store and the enviroment today was quite unorganized and messy.

Just stopped in right before close because I'm sorry, but I HAD to have some Qdoba in my life right now. The gentleman at the counter (who's glasses look perfect on him) served us with a smile and didn't make me feel bad about stopping by so late at all. We laughed a couple of times and had a great interaction. I haven't even tried the food yet, but the service will bring me back!

This place needs management and a maintenance budget. I love this chains food, but this place was destroyed when I visited trash over flowing, drink machine dirty, and tables not wiped down. A prime location like this should be making a bank, but if it looks like this, I doubt you'll have return customers.

By far the worst experience ever. Had “no queso”, got home that’s less than a mile away and my 2 burritos were COLD. had one chicken and one steak but the steak was PORK, both burritos were spicy when we ordered nothing on it with spicy stuff.

Been hit or miss when it comes to being able to get your food here. Hours waiting for an order that was made on the app. Still wasn't ready. Still waiting for the refund for the order too. But, on the good times. My food is always great.

I placed an order online that was suppose to be ready for pickup at 12:30. I arrived on time and it wasn’t ready. Not a problem. There are only 2 people working in the store so I understand that they can only do so much. I didn’t receive my food until 1:13. My issue is people who came in the store to order, after me, all received their food before me. There were so many of us waiting for online pickup. I don’t think it’s fair that we had to wait longer when we ordered before the people in the store. I would have did better off coming inside and ordering! Again, I understand they need more people but there should be some order between the people in the store ordering and online. I was literally sitting at a table for over 30 minutes. That’s my entire lunch. I don’t think it’s acceptable. Very disappointed.
