Upon entering the two waitresses were helpful, cheerful & willing to serve. Their friendliness continued throughout. I never had to ask to have my coffee mug filled. Each time the mug was half filled, a waitress was right there to fill it back up. The next time I am in the area, Sparta will be my only morning diner choice. I had the number two and a mug of coffee. Bill came to $12 and change and I left a 20 and they earned every dollar of the tip.

We love coming to Sparta! The service is always great and the food is always delicious and fresh. They have a great variety of lunch & breakfast items. Definitely recommend 👍

This place is old school as far as design inside but the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. I love their bean soup (and they have it daily). My other 'go to food' is their BLTs with a side of fries. I've had their chicken wrap, chicken tenders and even sat there for breakfast with some friends. Service has always been quick and happy. If you're looking for a cozy diner with some good food you should stop here!
