The customer service is the worst they need to learn how to talk to people through the drive thru
This morning(11/09) I went in for a medicine ball tea, I had to order typing on my phones note pad due to losing my voice completely, Shout out to the guy who took my order!!!! He thought because I couldn’t talk that I also wouldn’t be able to hear so he raced around to find a phone to communicate, they were out of one ingredient for my drink so i asked for something tasty but also good for my voice and he did not disappoint! This location is the worst. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Went this morning, got a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso. My go to anywhere I go. Tastes like water milk. Tf
