I’m not one to make a complaint but i work at Tim hortons (different location) and i always get a caramel macchiato with cold foam the picture I’ve made is on the right and the one I bought from this location is on the left, which they made into a latte. Macchiatos are supposed to be layered not mixed. Please have your employees learn how to make macchiatos so customers aren’t confused on what they ordered. This was probably just a one time thing...

The Tim Hortons we go to is located on lake shore drive in Port huron. That is the only one we will go to. The other Tim Hortons they are rude and I don't like there ice coffee
