LIteraly have been calling the bakery EVERYDAY to cancel a cake order I made and I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t take their time to make it so I’ve been calling and calling but no one also when I did make cake order the lady wasn’t the nicest and not that helpful , older lady in the bakery was very nice

I ordered a cake for my 6yo daughters birthday and then my family had a scheduling issue so we had to shift the day by one. Easy thing, right? No. I've called every single day for over a week and been told to hold, phone rang for five solid minutes and today I was just hung up on water being told to hold again.
