This wendys has been going downhill and suffers from a lack of management. 4/9- mens bathroom has no paper towels, no ketchup cups, minutemaid lemonaide still out. Some of the fries I recieved were raw. 4/3 no soap or paper towels in mens bathroom, no ketchup, no minutemaid lemonaide. Careful not to slip on the floor, its greasy and there is trash all over. These employees at this location gave up. Also, expect to wait for a long time when placing a mobile order, even if the resteraunt is empty. I'll order 10 minutes ahead of time, drive, wait at the counter for 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then they start the order.

Ordered and paid for 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. Received 2 sausage biscuits. C'mon Wendy's, you've got to be better than this.Was back a week later. Food and service were excellent. Thank you!

Lazy staff, my order wasn't ready at the window so they had me pull ahead, 20 minutes later I was still waiting, I went inside and they hadn't even sealed the bags or filled the drinks yet. Another 10 minutes later I got my food and was off. They also mentioned that they ran out of cola haha.

I just hate this location in particular there food sucks it's horrible makes u sick and this is no lie I gave them three chances my last expierance they messed my food up overcharged in it was nasty n cold they had to remake it and everything I was there thirty mins for 4 meals.. Smh..

Went Friday night 02/09/2024, between 6 and 6:30 PM. I couldn't believe the quality of the burger. The double was restaurant quality, it was fresh, and slightly pink in the center,which is awesome! They were calling orders like chef Ramsey back there and produced an awesome timely meal. The young lady taking orders, and handing them out was hustling and so was the girl running orders out. They all were doing amazing. I just couldn't believe how good the burgers were. The fries were fresh and hot. The only reason a 4 star for atmosphere is the ketchup dispensers never work, I hate the packets, and this time the floor was tacky throughout. There's also a booth seat you sink in in the front which I found out the hard way until we switched seats lol. Will be coming back here for this amazing restaurant quality food and service.
