Thank you Calvin at Woodhaven Wendy's. I dropped my entire bag on the floor as I was walking away from the counter and he remade everything right away for free. Super kind and nice!
HAIR @ wendys on allen road! ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and got that along with a LONG blonde hair sticking out the side and another hair in bedded between the egg and cheese! GROSS!!!!!!!!!! Called the store and was told its not possible and there is nothing they can do. How about not serving human hair in your food?? Maybe they need training on food handling and cleanliness?
I just wanted to thank the sweet young lady who helped me and my toddler on the evening of June 23rd around 6:30 PM. I wish I had gotten her name for the review.
I was having a really rough day with my wild toddler boy after waiting for hours at the tire shop, so we stepped into Wendy’s for a quick break and something to eat. She was incredibly kind and understanding even while my son was running around the restaurant.

Wendy's is a restaurant known for its outstanding service and quality food. Customers have praised the fresh and delicious burgers, along with hot and fresh fries. This location is newly remodeled, featuring modern decor that many find appealing. However, there have been some recent complaints, such as the Coke machine having half of its flavors out and empty ketchup dispensers, along with a lack of napkins. The floor was noted to be sticky in areas, including by the counter and tables, which detracted from the overall experience.
While the staff has been recognized for their hustle and friendliness, there were reports of longer wait times for food, particularly noted at lunchtime. Some customers enjoyed meals like the Taco Salad, which was crisp and fresh, but others found their chili to be more like soup, with less meat than usual. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the restaurant's commitment to providing high-quality meals and efficient service, making it a popular choice in the area.
