110 Percent recommend for any occasion. Tammy and her team put together a delicious spread of desserts with a thematic presentation and made it really easy for me for my wedding! Our guests loved the desserts: chocolate covered pretzels, cake pops, cake, frosted sugar cookies, ect. And we got to enjoy our anniversary cake as part of the package one year later, a fresh anniversary cake! It was well worth the price and we got great feedback from our guests. I wouldn’t think twice about choosing Serendipity for the next occasion. Everybody loves dessert!

Okay... I just want people to be aware. These are the most basic of basic custom cakes. I'll post my inspiration photo along with the prompts: of minecraft, creepers, and Minecraft water. I was definitely disappointed when I opened the box. My plan was to make a cake- it's for my granddaughter's birthday, and I used to make my son's cakes all the time. Unfortunately some situations at work did not allow me the time I needed... So I found a local place online, with decent reviews, willing to do it in the time that I needed it ( which was about 2 weeks) Besides throwing the most basic creeper and some toys on there... Nothing about this cake says Minecraft. So the picture of just the creeper was my inspiration cake. A cake that I made my son about 13 years ago. The sheet cake is what I ordered for $84. Definitely a little disappointed. The frosting is overly sweet, but that's truly just a preference I was willing to overlook it. I prefer an almond extract buttercream. So just a heads up if you have any cake decorating skills whatsoever you'll probably be able to do as good of if not a better job.

Got my cake drops at the Michigan State fair. These were by far the worst thing to hit my pallet in a very long time. Got about 6 different flavors and they all taste gross they have a chemical taste that I can’t describe.

Horrible experience!! I was a guest for a event that purchased from this establishment! Very disappointed and they were also ashamed/apologetic but nevertheless it wasn’t theyre fault it was yours !!!!! And u should be held responsible for it not them !!!! Hate they paid for this service the covered strawberry’s were literally falling apart like they were frozen then unfrozen multiple times the coating wasn’t that good at all I took the coating off one to just eat the strawberry and it was expired!!! So unacceptable please do better!!!! I’m still in disbelief they wasted theyre money on your service I would have asked for a refund and went to fox 2 Detroit for a hall of shame momentonsi

Went to a bridal shower. The display was really cool. Shaped like an ice cream cone with cupcakes. However, they were pretty dry. Felt bad for whoever paid for them since they came from a bakery.

I called the day after the shower and left my name and number and again the following day spoke with assistant manager both times. Never got a call back like I was told I would. Bad business and dry cupcakes

Got the individual cakes at the Swiggin pig in downtown Wyandotte. $6 a piece $10 for two these cakes weren't worth a dime! they are dry you can tell they were made very well in advance possibly Frozen the frosting is extremely hard. You could feel the grains of sugar in the frosting these cakes are absolutely horrible they should be ashamed of themselves selling this

Spent $6 on a Carrot cake in a cup, it was not edible! Not carrot cake more like a Duncan Hines spice/gingerbread cake and the frosting made me gag, should have been cream cheese, not even butter cream it was an over sweet lard or soy base cream! It went straight into the garbage! Avoid!!
