Went for a pre-paid event. Bought $45 tickets to the event which came with one drink, one entree, and a show. Nowhere was it mentioned anywhere whether tip was or was not included, but it was mentioned during the event that tip WAS included in the ticket price. When the event ended and we went to cash out the additional food and drinks we purchased, Bobcat Bonnie's staff added a $9 tip to everyone's bill saying that it was the tip for the ticket, in addition to automatic gratuity added to the bill as well. When we asked for clarification, the waitress brought over the manager who shouted at our table about how our food was "free" and "tip included" means you have to pay a tip afterwards.
Be wary of this place if you're going for an event, they're going to try to extort you out of your money.

living in downriver for nearly half of my life, i was super excited to try this place because of how good the reviews are and what i have been told , unfortunately this is not what i recieved. We initially picked this place due to friends being out of state whom are vegan and this place had enough variety for them. Upon going into the restaurant we were greeted with a very judgemental look from our waitress's, i shrugged it off due to me believing i could of misinterpreted it but i don't think i did ): We asked for patio and we were seated in patio which was no problem, she accommodated to our seats but once we sat down the whole vibe changed. Any question we asked would sound like she was very annoyed by it. she came to our table a total of one time, and that was just bringing out our food. we literally had to go back inside to request our bill because she never came outside after that, during ordering I requested split checks upon my friend and her partner and my girlfriend and i. When she did come outside after letting inside know we needed the checks, i was pouring my drink into a to-go cup with my hand slightly raised and she genuinely shoved the entire clipboard under my arm to pass to my girlfriend, my own bill slammed in front of me and was regularly handed my friend and their partner their own bill. Why my girlfriend and i got separate checks and greeted with rudeness was really confusing as we genuinely try to be great guest anywhere we are. For a place being lgbt friendly it didn't feel so friendly. food was 4.5/10, portions were a bit small for price but not my biggest complaint. I dont normally write reviews but i was not the happiest with my service. I believe this place could be great for what people explain but unfortunately that was not for my group :).

10/26/24 @ Wyandotte Bobcat Bonnie’s: Delicious food, awesome atmosphere, phenomenal build your own bloodys for an awesome special, but even better service!! Can’t say enough great things about the manager, Corey, & waitress, Jodie. The food was scrumptious, but the topnotch customer service was the best part of the morning, especially as my coworker & I attended a funeral home prior to brunch. Both Jodie & Corey were personable & it is evident they communicate well & demonstrate great teamwork. My friends French fries did not come out right with her order which was no big deal at all, yet Corey delivered them to our table & mentioned we should not have had to wait that long & she took it off our bill. additionally, I completely forgot to say “no meat, or tomatoes/pico de gallo,” on my order which was totally my fault, not Jodie’s. I straight up stated I will pay for this, no problem, but can I please re-order this, and will pay for both. (Again MY mistake). Corey took the time to not only listen, BUT took my incorrect order off our bill as well. AND my new order came out so quickly, & fresh. I could not believe the kindness she showed to us. She went above & beyond and that does not go unnoticed. After a tough morning with the loss of our friend, Corey & Jodie turned our day around for the better. These little gestures, aren’t so little with the impact they have on us customers. I’m willing to bet that Corey is a great leader and that the people in her life (coworkers and friends/fam)have the utmost respect for her. Thank you Bobcat Bonnie’s (Wyandotte) TEAM!

Fantastic food and great portions! Brian did an excellent job recommending meals for us to consider and serving us. It was a beautiful day so we sat on the patio which was a fun atmosphere. I only have two complaints…we waited about 5 minutes after we were seated before anyone greeted us and it wasn’t very busy. Also, there were at least 10 bees hovering around us and our food as well as the table next to us. It was annoying and definitely disrupted our meal. I would recommend setting up bee traps on the patio to prevent this from happening. All said and done, I would definitely go back!
