Stopped in here to let my 3yr old use the public restrooms (no sign saying that they are not public). After using the restroom, the woman at the front counter asked me what i was going to purchase since the restrooms were not for the public. I told her my toddler needed to go potty and she responded by, again, asking what I was going to purchase since I used their restrooms. There was not a single customer in this location, and the restrooms are indeed for public use (nothing stating otherwise). Very rude and unprofessional demanding that I have to make a purchase, especially after she had already watched us walk in to use the restroom. Definitely wont be back.

Do Not Recommend!
This was our go to place, we were going twice a week for months until recently when there was a change in employees. Very rude and careless. Pull up to the drive thru window and the employees always seem angry to be there and serving people. There are plenty of local coffee places around the corner from here (literally less than a half mile from this Dunkin) to go support (Coffee Lounge, James Oliver Coffee, Kekoa Coffee, Starbucks, Tim Hortons). Don’t waste your money, time and energy supporting this Dunkin, nothing but a regrettable experience you’ll have.
Previous Review: (August, 2025) Food and drinks are good and consistent, service is always nice and quick. They offer a drive thru now which has made it convenient.

Great location but customer service is poor. One lady is working all by herself and overwhelmed. Only few type of donuts available at 11am. Store seems clean but ice on the side walk from the parking lot. Management should hire more staff and clean the walkway. Americano was good as per automatic machine. Donuts seem fresh but we couldn’t get the variants due to unavailability.

When me and my husband came in a few days ago there seemed only one guy working there. We ordered drinks and he offered some donuts for free. He was SO nice and offered to open the door for us since we were carrying our iced coffees. We are definitely coming back. Thank you for your kindness. This man deserves an Employee of the month award! I wish I knew his name.

First of all, I go in and look in the glass cages at the donuts a gentleman came up to me and said may I help you and I was asking a few questions and some lady she Must be at least 80 years old with glasses and dark care came and interrupt why we were talking About the donuts and what kind they had she was so rude. I left it and went down to the other one. I will never go there again. People are gonna be rude. I keep them kind of people out of life and I bet that place gets better Business if they got rid of her and the only reason I put a star on is because I had to leave this comment. I don’t leave comments very often, but my people are like her rude. Can’t mind your business playing with your face and up by the donuts, that’s disgusting.
The prices are not affordable. There is a guy who doesn't speak English well and it may take a while to order.

Place used to be great in the morning, but between online orders, Uber eats and door dash, the people waiting line seem to get pushed to the side. How about a worker that only takes line orders???

I was here on Thanksgiving Dad 2023 & the people running the store were very focused & very busy!! They still kept customer service at the forefront and were as positive & happy as possible. They were the only people opened (thankfully) in the area that my boyfriend & I saw. I hope that they are traditionally as busy as they were on this day every day & that this place wasn't busy by fluke.
