Today I came to pick up a pizza and my mother drove me to pick it up in her vehicle. I am a proud UAW, a single mother, and a pretty friendly person. Myself and my mother regularly pickup food from this location but this will be my last time. Today, the manager Tracey handed me my food and took my card to pay. Horrible experience. I placed an order at 2pm for a pizza to be picked up at 6:45pm. I arrived at 6:45pm to pick up my pizza, and Ashley told me it would be "a few more minutes."
A half hour later, I was furious to still be standing there waiting. No one had bothered to say anything, like thank you for being patient, sorry for the wait, offered a cheese bread, nothing! I ordered a small cheese and bacon pizza last night and a Howie bread through the app. When I picked up I had to tell the lady that I also had the bread and ordered an extra sauce. I got home and the pizza tasted off. The bread was dry. There was barely anything on it. I even tipped these people. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Not to mention the dipping sauce looked dark and old. I’d love to have my money back.
