James Oliver is amazing! I’m so excited that this Detroit-native coffee shop is brought to Wyandotte. Sophia made us some amazing coffee this morning! The service is thorough and very pleasant. It feels like walking into a pure Wyandotte spot in the best way possible. The music is great. The coffee is great. Would recommend a million times over.

Updated: After visiting over at least 20 times I had to give an updated review. I had to take one star off because it doesn’t seem like they have figured out how to manage the wait time for a bagel on Saturday and Sunday and plus if the 30 minute wait time wasn’t enough I ended up getting a plain bagel with egg instead of the veggie bagel with egg ($13) that I ordered. I was so disappointed but I didn’t notice until I had left. I know the employees are overwhelmed but this is the third time something I ordered is totally wrong.
Got the veggie bagel sandwich and added an egg! AMAZING! I had to drive 39 minutes there the next day just to get another one.

Loved the atmosphere and staff. The bagels were made the way bagels were made 20 years ago before all the processed stuff we get now. My Americano was delicious and the outdoor seating was charming.

Really excited to try a latte from this new place. I ordered a 16ounce 3 shot espresso with oat milk and a special flavor, cardamom something it was cold and barely sweet. I told the barista extra hot please on the initial order. I went to her and said this is lukewarm. She said ok I’ll remake it, in which she did, same temperature. I couldn’t believe it.

Got a chai latte. Was the worst thing I’ve ever drank. It tasted like chunky dirty dishwater. And I paid $8 not including tip. $10 couldn’t even drink it had to throw it away. If staff isn’t trained to make basic drinks then do not offer them on the menu.
Excellent! The espresso drinks are great, the bagels and pastries are wonderful, and service is lovely. It's situated in the heart of downtown Wyandotte, so it's perfect for a relaxed cafe experience or a quick stop on your way into work.

I feel so spoiled to have a James Oliver in Wyandotte! I am so excited they are open! The lattes are so flavorful with the 16 ounce coming with three shots of espresso in it! (12oz with 2 shots) Multiple different kind of bagel sandwiches to choose from, the lox dill being my favorite! It’s a perfect location right around the corner from Riforma Pilates so you can start your day off right after your class! Every time I’ve been in there, the staff has been extremely friendly and smiling faces. Highly recommend checking this place out! It’ll be your new favorite breakfast and brunch spot!
