Once we had chosen our menu, he made a few suggestions to make the menu even better, and on the day of, he and his staff (his daughter Ella) showed up in plenty of time to set up and serve.
We had to arrange for four different meals over the course of our 3-day event, and looking back, wish we had chosen Jay Ray's to handle all four. He provided a much better experience for our attendees, and was a FAR better value than the two food trucks we had booked, and our group LOVED his food. Every entree and side item was delicious and cooked to perfection. You can tell that this family business truly cares about food and people. The service provided by Jay Ray's was exceptional, from start to finish, and we will absolutely be booking them for our next event.

We have hosted many parties, and this was hands down the best catered experience we have had. The pulled pork and chicken is the best. The mac and cheese was a HUGE hit! The chipotle cole slaw was amazing too. All of it made for a perfect graduation party. The set up and take down service was great, and his crew that came was so professional and helpful. From the start I knew I would like them, because they gave us so much food for our tasting to take home before we even decided to go with them, and we loved everything we tried. We went with the full service wedding catering option and the food and service were incredible. They supplied high quality plastic plates and plastic wear that honestly looked real. They set up and took down everything on their own, and even boxed up the food that was leftover for my wife and I to take home. So many people at the party made it a point to tell me how good the food was. We went with Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Mac ‘n Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Casserole and the Garlic Green Beans and everything was so good. We are so glad we went with Jay Ray’s to cater our party, and I highly recommend choosing them to cater a party of any size.
