Delivered on time that was great but when I placed my order I told the person I told them twice that I didn't want 3 item's only got off 1 of the item's the other 2 items where put on the 18 other sandwiches the cost of the box of 18 was quite high I called but was offered 3 sandwiches of my choice with my name on there book for a future order I said no thanks and I am very disappointed

I will never eat at this location again .I ordered from there a couple times this past year 1 out of 4 times the order was right ,which was a Club Lulu .it has turkey and bacon on it .I've always ordered the same meal at any location I go to ..this location is horrible..they only put a very thin see through piece of turkey on it then a very thin see thru piece of meat which they call bacon ..which tasted like rotten beef of sorts ..more money and food wasted.i wouldn't give any stars but I had to for submitting this sad review because I use to love this place

My sandwich got dropped off at the wrong place or stolen and the staff were patient and helpful, they remade my sandwich and redelivered it to the right address. Big ups to that delivery guy who talked to me on the phone like 14 times 😅

The food was good. But staff were friendly and not uptight! My (grown) sons are wise guys. When taking their orders, Brianna didn't bat an eye at their silly sarcasm nor took it as anything but jests made in good humor. She even made a couple jokes back 😀

Signed up and ordered through the website. It took about an hour and I live 10 minutes from the store. I received no updates and called to ensure they received my order. The sub was not what I am accustomed to, the bread was not good (overcooked) it was over loaded with lettuce and had no dressing (oil) Extremely disappointed
Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it was the worst wrap I've ever had. Do not order this wrap! It went in the trash. Mayo instead of Caesar dressing and some bread crumbs,lettuce and ?, small amount of chicken for 10:00 dollars. What a rip off.

Provolone is the only choice for cheese. Roast Beef was not cooked. Free smells was not worth the time. Should send this raw meat pic to the health department before someone is seriously ill.

beautiful disaster
Ordered a tuna. Thought it was a double meat. It is a single meat. Literally just bread. Called up there to complain was offered nothing but that's how they come. Will not be back. This was the generous side in the picture. $10 for a small tomato and a hard crusty piece of bread. Do better!!!
Dietary restrictions: Needed this meat for a diabetic but got carbs ...instead.

I didn’t know “freaky fast delivery” meant waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. When I called after 45 minutes I was told the driver just picked my order up and would be here in 10 minutes. I waited another 45 minutes & ended up just cancelling the order, I’m not going to eat a sub that’s been sitting in a drivers car in 90 degree heat for an hour. Don’t waste your time or money here
