First time checking out joes hamburgers and we were excited to play the pinball machines while we waited for food. The waitress wouldn’t let us sit on the side with the pinball machines because she said she already sat someone over there which made absolutely no sense because the whole restaurant was empty. We agreed, ordered food and drinks and walked over to the pin ball side. I returned the beer because it did not taste the way it should have at all. It’s a beer that i normally drink. I could tell the waitress was nervous to tell the bartender something was wrong with the beer which leads me to believe she treats her waitresses poorly. She had an attitude right away and showed me that it was the correct beer. I said ok I’d like to order another because it’s didn’t taste right. She said well I can’t switch it for you and looked at me like I was crazy. So I decided to cancel my entire order for four people. The entire vibe in this place is off. And not to mention how bad the smell was. It smelled like an outhouse.

We go here about once a year because: 1) it’s enough time for me to forget how terrible the service is and 2) that’s how long it takes me to convince my husband to go back. Every time we have gone, the place has almost no customers, at least 3 servers and we still wait at least 15 mins after sitting to even be greeted after we sit down. It took longer for our server to even acknowledge us than it did to get our food. As we left, she was even standing at the front chatting with the host and didn’t even say bye to us. The only redeeming factor for this place are the vibes and food—which are both amazing. Sigh. Guess I’ll try again next year.

They have the best sliders I get the Chubby with a side of onion rings I drive from Clarkston to get my Chubby fix always went to Hunter House in Birmingham but joes beats hunter house hands down yum

The burgers are the best! Tasty, tender, and juicy. Their fries are really good . They are flavored spicy or w/gravy. Every trip home from a dr. appointment, I suggest burgers for lunch.

Bangers! Motz wasn’t open so I said why not! Can’t online order which sucks but I seen their prices and I was hoping it was good. I drove by this place 5x a week and boy have I been missing out! Prices and burgers awesome, called in done in 10 minutes, they’ll be seeing a lot more of me! If you like a slider don’t White Castle or motz, come here, spend same money and get fresh great burgers!!!!

Food was good overall but the cook is mediocre at best. Fries were undercooked and stuck together. Shake the basket yo! Maybe a timer? Burgers were sloppily put together. Not sure why I need all the extra stuff (see pic) when the burger comes with ketchup and mustard already. 13 pepper packets?? I will visit again. Bartender was very nice! Ribbi I think was her name.

We had a wedding in Wyandotte! The owner of Joe's Hamburgers hand delivered over 100 meals to our guests. He made sure they came warm, individually wrapped and even brought special order of French fries for the bridal party. It was the hit of the party! Joe, thank you for making the night even more memorable!!!! Joes Hamburgers are truly #1 for their superior taste amd their superior customer service!!!
