First of all when you call to place an order you are connected to a call center in India. For pizza delivery?!?! I live out of state and was ordering for my brother’s birthday. He lives just down the street from the restaurant but is physically disabled and cannot drive. They use Door Dash for delivery, which was not disclosed to me when ordering, and even though I called the order in more than 3 hours ahead of time, the delivery was more than 40 minutes late. Message from the door dash delivery person said they were having trouble finding the address. You can literally see the restaurant from my brother’s front porch. Tried calling the door dash delivery person who just hung up on me. The food and the location staff are great, but don’t do delivery. An excusable and atrocious service experience.

This is the second time I've ordered here at 9PM where the order has been cancelled on their end. They list their closing time at 11PM and they list their delivery time by 10PM.
If you don't want people to order at 9PM, lower your closing time and stop wasting MY time.

Aside from it's a really cheap pizza place, they make your food really fast. They remember the sauce. I recommend ordering on the website and showing up 5 minutes before the time it suggests to be there for a fresh hot product that's as good as it can be.

Was just on hold for a full 50 minutes…. Can’t even believe it.
The lobby is much to small, and the employees are never up front causing waiting times to be around 12 minutes befire they even greet you, AND THEY ALWAYS CLOSE AT 9 WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 10, its a bunch of teenage girls and boys who also dont know the correct amount of butter for a pizza, bad place
If i could i would give them a negative 10 stars was just told they due not answer the phone on night shift at all when only 2 people but and the guy just now did not see me in here and he started talking shit in the back about me this place is trash and i wish i had corporates number the whole night shift crew down here is rude as hell and he thought i left and it was ok to talk shit about me cause i asked a question... he even said when he gave me my food that he knew he was disrespectful this place sucks on night shift and the whole time i was there the phone ringing off the hook and not 1 time did they pick it up and was not even busy
