My man got in from work then went to get a hot n ready with the last little bit of cash we had well to his surprise they had another pizza with pepperoni and bacon well he was happy about that because I'd have one and he'd have one to ? well when he gets home were both starving so we open our pizzas and to my surprise when I bit into mine it was dough! So disgusting ??So we both try calling the Wyandotte Little Ceasars and it's 940pm. It's almost closing time and we live in Ecorse so we don't want to just go we keep calling until 953pm without ever a answer. I guess it was high time in the back room where they don't cook the pizza's fully.

I know 2 stars supposedly means i dont like the pizza..not the case. That being said, people go here for what i believe is 3 reasons..your low on the funding and $5 is $5. You have children and again $5 is $5.or you are hammered and need greesy cheap food and cant make it to taco bell...and $5 hot n ready is a $5 hot n ready...sooo..

Love coming here!! New management really is making a change. Customer service is always above and beyond!! You can tell she cares about her staff with the way they treat you as a customer!! They are kid friendly as well they always have cookies on hand!! Sometimes they even have little trinkets most recently it was cups!Kid-friendliness: Everything about this place has gotten much better lately!!! Would come again and again!!! ? they’re always spiking the kids when I’m here!! The manager here is always so sweet and friendly!! She always willing to make it right!! Make sure to ask for her when you need any problems fixed she genuinely cares about her customers!!

If I Could give 0 I would, PLEASE do NOT let your MINOR work here. They will take advantage of them treat them horrible and work them illegal hours on school nights. The manager is always looking dirty in a sloppy bun with piercings in even there not suppose to have them while working. They will lie on your child and make claims about them with absolutely no proof my childrens mental health from this place is so bad. The Manager looks like she is always high and her boy friend looks high coming in for free food all the time. One time they had to call the cops because they thought he overdosed in the car in the parking lot. I have waited for my child and watch this manager walk over spilled sauce on the floor. She seems to not care about the place at all and my child was suppose to be transferred which they never followed through with so now I’m talking with corporate because my child was one of the ones actually covering for others all the time and worked harder than the manager herself. Unless you want old cold pizza or waiting a hour or more avoid this location.

I ordered a hot and ready and a crazy bread. I didn’t think that they would be busy. On a Thursday at 8:45 there were two people waiting The young lady asked me if I’ve been helped and I said yes, I told her what my order was and she helped me right away very nice polite young lady. I will be back. Thank you for your service..
I ordered on the app. Waited an hour and it wasn't even "in the oven" according to the app so I went to the store to see what the issue was. The lobby was full of people and the warmer and pizza portals were overflowing with pizza but other customers were reporting 2+ hour waits. I waited 10+ minutes and asked an employee about my order. I was told it would be 25-30 minutes and my pizza wasn't in the oven yet. I waited for quite a while and a man came rushing into the lobby screaming that he had been waiting three hours and he wanted his money back immediately or he would call the police. A male employee started shouting back at him I thought I was going to witness a fight. A manager calmed the situation down and she also refunded me and other customers who were in line. I left. I likely won't be back.

Terrible reliability, I cannot order a pizza a half hour in advance and it be ready when I get there. I live 4 blocks away from this location and have been going for years, the staff they have there now have no idea what they are doing and it seems normal to them. Absolutely terrible service

I usually come in and have a wonderful experience. A lot of the staff are young maybe in high school, which I have no problem with of course. Usually the young girls that are at the front are always very respectful and are very good at their job. Yesterday I came in and i waited for a while so I was trying to get a workers attention. The girl I tried to talk to was very rude, she completely ignored me and let my pizza sit at the table and did not put it into the pizza box. Anytime I would try to speak to her she would look at me and ignore me or just look at her phone. I waited 20 minutes until one of the younger boys gave me my order.

-Love my Caesars Hot'n'Ready w/ crazy bread & sauce.-However, it's never ready.-Prices are up, but still best deal in town $10.59 out the door for -Hot'n'Ready ($5.99)+ crazy ? bread & sauce ($3.99)-They do charge 75 cents for the sauce now, that's kinda nickel & diming us.-Not sure about any other item prices.
