I would suggest NOT eating a salad of any kind! We watched an employee USE HER BARE HANDS TO GET A SALAD AND ALL THE TOPPINGS!!!!! Even though there are utensils to get all of it. (Photo to show where the salad station is) I do like their food. On of the few places that actually know how to cook a steak. Even the steak restaurants can not get it right.

Food was very fresh and delicious. We got the Giant pretzel and shared and still had half left. There were 7 of us sharing. The meal portions are big enough to share. Staff were all friendly. We did not wait long for the food to come.

I hate to say it because people are tough. But this place was perfect. Wednesdays they have a buffet and it was great. Ribs that fall off the bone delicious. Bar barbecue chicken wings,good size not little bitty. Breaded chicken breast that was tender and moist. Baked beans not too sweet. Macaroni and cheese that was very tasty. Also some soft taco’s with meat and cheese. Those were good too. And they have a top notch salad bar with coleslaw,beets,hard boiled eggs and lots of veggies and dressings to build a mountain of a meal. I forgot to take a picture but they have some online and video too. Major Biddle’s is on my Wednesday rotation. Great food. Great service. Can’t imagine what anyone could complain about. Some people just like to complain.

We have been to major biddles a handful of times. The food and service has been great everytime. The salad bar is a good addition to any meal. The portions and food quality is worth going for. The French onion soup is amazing if thats your thing. We will be back often!!!

I went there today with my boyfriend's family as I'm in town to visit. We went there to celebrate my birthday which was this past Tuesday. We had Sara as a waitress. To be brutally honest I wouldn't want her for a waitress again. I would also like to add that this was my 3RD time at this restaurant. Today I got the pulled pork sandwich & when I got it the pulled pork was seriously burnt. So I brought it to Sara's attention & she went to get the manager that was there tonight, Brandy. She is absolutely fantastic!! For everything that went wrong Brandy made it right!! I will definitely be back again, but I won't have Sara as waitress. I highly recommend the Biddle Sampler.

I eat here fairly often. Typically the food is very good. However recently I was very disappointed. I ordered the prime rib and it was basically a slab of fat. To my servers credit she offered a replacement but I was pressed for time.
