Nice spot, pool tables in the back and our server was good. Food lacks, cesar wrap was tasty, grilled chicken was good, chicken parm was alright, sauce is sweetsy like Ragu or Prego, crispy chicken sandwich is just a frozen tender and the fries weren't salted, kinda greasy and when we asked for ketchup she only brought us 1 for 4 sides of fries. They have a good start but need to get it together

First time at Prime 166. Atmosphere was very nice however the booth we were seated in was very tight for four, the table was only a few inches from our bodies and we are not big people. All the booths were the same size. We were uncomfortable. It is advertised as a great place to watch the game, however, there is only one TV and it was on the other side of the bar, It took awhile for our waitress to take drink orders and an hour into our stay, we had one drink delivered and a salad. Two of us had tacos. The beef taco meat was tender, but there was nothing else on the taco but a flavorless cream sauce. The fish taco had a vinegar on it which was described to be a chipotle sauce. Chicken taco was bland. Fish and chips was greasy. Not sure we will go back.

I saw that this place had good reviews so we tried it, but ours was good except for the food. I ordered the Calamari for an appetizer. First it was a lot, second it didn't look like Calamari, they were the size of fish sticks and they over powered it with lemon. It was inedible. The steak I ordered medium but it came back rare. I did send it back because I knew it only needed a few more minutes. Chicken fingers were overdone and dried out. Definitely in the frier too long. The only thing we liked were the fries. Other than that our service was great! Maybe they had a new chef that night, I dont know but unfortunately I will not be going back.

Came in to celebrate our anniversary, severely disappointed. We were sat by our waitress, was never told her name. We both ordered the fish and chips, mine was inedible, tough and overdone, asked for it to be removed from the bill and it was.

We've been to prime multiple times. More recently we visited often during their teachers eat free deal. What stood out above anything else was the service. We had (had requested multiple times) Brooke as our server and she was amazing. We also sat at the bar and they too did great given the number of people in the restaurant. They have some nice cocktails as well that we tried. The food was good. Honestly, not blow you away good but good. We tried steak, chicken parm, tacos, pasta, burger, chicken sandwich, and fish. Again, it was all good. I've had better but I've also had way worse. Given their generosity, we will definitely go back and support this restaurant.

After a morning of meeting I decided to drag my brother out to lunch at Prime 166! All I can say is wow! The staff was super friendly, the food was all reasonably priced, the portions were HUGE, and the quality was top notch! Without a doubt 10/10 recommend and I will be back, for personal and also scheduling some future business meetings or lunches here!! Come try it out! You won’t regret it!
