The worst place ever.. they charged me for my order and then charged my card 25.00 more ,so when call and say I didn't authorize that 25.00 transaction they said they can return all of it except my order amount well that's double charging me and they will not give me my 25.00 back even tho they already charged the 12.19 for my order and I have the picture to prove they are taken it out almost 38.00 for a 12.19 meal, I'm so beyond peed off !!! đŸ€ŹđŸ€ŹđŸ€Ź Starbucks sucks and they are thiefs,i wouldn't trust them!

Horrible Starbucks. The manager behind the counter is sooooo rude. Drinks are never made right and he ALWAYS HAS A ATTITUDE. Everytime I order he says “What do you want now” I am an everyday customer and I’m just done coming here. If you like attitude and rudeness and unprofessional service them come here

Walked in to grab a coffee and the man behind the counter said to me “what do you want?” Which I found incredibly unprofessional. Whole time he had his airpods in talking on the phone. Made my drink wrong, tasted like 90% milk. All around horrible experience.

I had come in few weeks ago on a Saturday. There was a man working & one lady sitting at the table. He seemed more focused on the orders printing out & not giving people coming in any attention. I came in & stared at the menu about 5-7 minutes. Never acknowledged like he didn't even want to give eye contact, no greeting at all. So after standing around for awhile I just walked out. And after looking at some of the other comments this guy doesn't care about people. Not the type that should work directly with customers. I was in just to do lab work but someone that is coming in after getting some bad news or maybe a loved one dies. Smh... that person deserves, needs a nice friendly person even more than the average customer. Good customer service could make a big difference in someone's day.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you wanna waste your money don’t recommend this starbucks at all. ordered a drink and they didn’t add none of the syrups i asked for. wasted 10$ on just milk and matcha. smfh drink came half full

I Can Not Believe How much a Tall Drink is Here. Ridiculous. Thing is they made Cups Smaller. It's like a Baby Cup and Charge over 6.00. Insane. Never coming back

Guy behind the counter was confidently rude. They had a loud conversation about hating their jobs. They made a concentrated effort to appear annoyed and entitled. A hospital deserves better than literally terrible people.

Guy behind the counter on his phone right after I placed an order and am waiting for my drink. It’s a hospital, so we’ve got places to be. I won’t fault you if it’s backed up and you’re the only one working, but that’s just rude and unprofessional to add to your customers wait time like that.

My family and I are at the hospital unfortunately spending the last days with my grandmother and the male that works here is not friendly at all. Given the fact that this store is located in a hospital you’d think that he would be a little friendly because you never know peoples reasons for being here. But he is by far the rudest employee I have ever come in contact with at Starbucks. Hopefully he starts realizing that being nice for the 2 minute interaction he has with people could completely change someone’s day. I hope he reads this and does better. The young lady working is very attentive and friendly thank you for always having a smile on your face, we appreciate you!

Previously going here has been hectic,and unsatisfactory. Recently, the service has improved, cleaner store and friendlier staff.
